Friendly user interface, powerful tool, secure, wide range of features
What do you like best about the product?
User interface is very friendly, administration it's barely required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support outside US business hours can take longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords company wide for collaboration between teams in a secure way
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep working on Commander, so far it's great and there is room for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper takes the issues out of remembering all the passwords and making sure they remain different and complex. Plus the browser plug-in makes it super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switching to the product did take a little bit to get used to from other applications ive used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure all our end users do not re-use passwords and continue to use complex passwords. As well as rotating passwords when an employee leaves.

Trying it out you will be pleased.

What do you like best about the product?
VERY professional and patient throughout the video. She had a great attitude and answered all of the question we had. She was on time to the meeting and walked us through things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor, but she moved very quickly through things.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the passwords are encrypted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the Password Manager would be simpler. I'm unsure if we will use a fraction of the options that I'm sure larger firms enjoy. A simpler user version would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping our passwords more secure and are less stressed of being hacked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a second admin account in case the admin loses THE master password and affects ALL records. Also, get it done as soon as possible.

Feel more confident with dealing with the dreaded "Password Management" task :)
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of great features to this software that I probably will not take advantage of as a team member but I still plan on getting it for my home laptop :)

safe password creation without having to think about it; and only have to memorize one master password - that I can handle! :)

Password security aspect to avid being hacked again

My age- I’m not as brilliant as my young staff so it will be challenging until I have time to learn it and become comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to ‘clean up’ some old passwords/websites, clean out and get a fresh start as we uploaded the new information into the software. This was beneficial in getting off to a good start.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Keeper Password Manager for years and love it! I would be completely lost without it now. I have converted a few friends that used other password managers over to keeper because their interface is simple and the browser add-ons work great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints whatsoever, I have been using for years and really can't thing of anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its great being able to have unique complex passwords for everything and not have to worry about misplacing the passwords. Being able to setup up shared folders and sharing vendor logins company wide is great!

Once you implement it you won't ever look back.
Sharing sensitive business passwords
What do you like best about the product?
Provides an excellent method of sharing our sensitive IT and Financial passwords with only team members that need them. Accessible to the IT team from Windows, phone, etc so that they can quickly access the information they need to resolve issues. Can be containerized so that different teams have access to only what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup and differences between Roles and Teams and how that effects your shared folders can be very confusing. I would like to see them change this so that the permission structure is more in line with what Admins are familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing IT and Finance passwords with multiple users securely. No longer need to be stored in pesky, hard to access excel files...

Standard High Encryption with even higher optional encryption available, password generator and analyzer. A logical interface with convenient organizational features and containers, with sharing and settings which can be applied at each level. Responsive and friendly support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
No concerning issues needing report found.

Centralized, secure and highly available, team friendly password storage.
