  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Keeper is so easy to use, I particulary like the fact that it can be used seamlessly across my laptop, iPad and iPhone. It's very easy to add new entries which can be recorded as you log in to a new site or app. The use of categories enables different passwords to be organised by folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at all that I dislike about Keeper
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well unlike my previous PM
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it!

Great tool but annoying upgrade messages

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to set up and compatible browser add ons work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im a paying customer however i keep getting very pushy annoying upgrade messages. Stop bothering me! No i dont want business, family upgrades and yes my files will stay unprotected. I just need this as my personal password manager. Thanks

At the same time I don’t get reminders about changing my master password which is of course a great risk. Anyone breaks that will have access to my life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stop using Facebook, google etc logins to retain my privacy and unique password for all accounts no duplicates.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is cross device and cross fucntional. so not only is it for web on my phone. its for apps on my phone. its become part of my day and tools to work and function personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
would love some passwords to be cross site and cross records. where a particular login can be used across a number of links. (maybe not sure how to save the records to do this)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
dont have simple or passwords that are easily hacked.
dont save passwords anywhere on notepad, excel or anything the like
dont need to worry someone can view my passwords even when checking to login through demos, show and tell etc.
work alot with customer details, so even ensuring passwords for customer sites are more secure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you like me. i have 3 computers ( 30 Virtual Machines). i work on. multiple customer sites. IOS devices and andriod devices. i use keeper to cover all and keep the details shared and hidden at the same time across all.

Easy, simple, all in one solution for passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the mobile app with facial recognition ability, the regular website and chrome extension features of this program. I also like that it will suggest a password, and it can be customized to a particular site PW requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
A nice feature would be if there’s a particular password I haven’t used or looked up, it would signal me to review it to see if I still need it and/ or close that account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of passwords. Some more secure than others. The breach watch feature is a helpful tool for identifying weak passwords and possible info out on the web.

Not as happy as I could be

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to add accounts, modify them at need and organize them into a clear and comprehensible structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not as intuitive as it should be. I look to a password manager to be my expert aid in navigating the dangerous world we now inhabit. Keeper does the basic management functions but does not aid me in suggesting how I might stay ahead of the bad guys. It also does not help with other related needs such as, doing periodic mass updates of passwords, telling me why a given site is resisting easy credential fills from Keeper, are any of my passwords or other information stored in Keeper are being used by the bad guys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had gotten to the place where I could not easily store and access the rapidly multiplying number of passwords needed to live in the modern world. Secondly, there were no easy methods available to to me for protecting and backing up those passwords. And lastly, I needed a solution that was portable and available on the variety of devices I use now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keeper is the first password management solution I have used and have learned a great deal through using it daily. Based on this education, I am now comprehensively cataloging my requirements. Next step will be to review what's been written by other users and experts in the field about the leading providers in this space. Keeper is one of those. I would recommend the same process to anyone considering a purchase.

Easy to use and gets better as time goes on

What do you like best about the product?
Syncing across phone and desktop seamless. Multiple ways to access the fill method on destop (pop up button/right click>fill)
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any password manager, at the start is the hardest part. Inputting or changing all your passwords to be more secure was tedious. Keeper makes it as easy as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bought it for personal use, but it has crept in to my work (A good thing). Has made logging in to sites that I use uncommonly easy.

Exactly what is needed in the cyber world.

What do you like best about the product?
With all the risks associated with our online life, security is of utmost importance. This means that you should not use the same password for all the websites you visit - whether once or multiple times during your online presence. However, it also means that you need to use multiple passwords and change them often. This program offers a secure method for managing all this information. Monitoring breaches helps you make smart decisions and avoid the high risk of cyber theft of your personal and financial data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While having the function to store all your secure data (including the files you can upload for safekeeping) and the ability to access it from your phone when you're not at home, the delay when you're not in a fast connection area can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no way I can remember all the different passwords I have for all the different sites I visit or use for shopping, getting medical information from my doctor, and researching information for my novels. Keeper helps with that and is so much safer than writing them in a notebook or logbook.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a secure, multi-user capable, local and web-based solution for managing passwords and records, as well as other data that needs to be monitored by a secure management team. The ability to add custom fields makes this a complete solution for risk management of secure data.

Great for standard password handling superb for advanced users

What do you like best about the product?
Overall easy to use, but the real power as a developer is the command line tool and the python SDK that make everything password related a breeze to handle. Also great for administrators and collaboration between administrators and developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I have found that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall better password security and awareness about good password policies in my company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have any use for customizing scripts or apps, or if you need a password manager to administrate servers, Keeper is the password manager for you.
