Keeper has been great for keeping track of my passwords and helping out whenever there's trouble.
What do you like best about the product?
I like having access to my passwords anywhere and any time I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it asks me if I want to save a password for something on a page that isn't even a password when using the Chrome add in. I also don't like the bug when trying to use the SSO login where it doesn't automatically sign me in until the fourth time trying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love it because it feels so much more secure. I can have completely auto generated passwords that noone would be able to guess and that I wouldn't even be able to remember. It just makes things a lot more secure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely worth using. If you're afraid of someone hacking into your account, just set up multi-factor authentication with either Microsoft Authenticator, or Google Authenticator. Those apps will make it so much more secure so only you can get in since you have your phone with you and no one else does. It's secure, it's reliable, and it's easy to use.

The password strength, I can use long complex passwords without the need to write then down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pop up features/reminders can sometimes be annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a very large portion of the administration of my business relying on online accounts security is important and avoids the practice of duplicated passwords

What do you like best about the product?
Having this in desktop format, browser extension and the most important part to me is the mobile app. As someone that is on-call 24x7 needing access to systems with secure passwords at my finger tips has been awesome. I have been using Password Manager for 4 years now professionally as well as having a personal account for my home systems. With having multiple accounts it is great to just switch between accounts and have passwords in front of me at all times. My passwords have become more complex with the role of the dice.
As an internal auditor of systems I like that I can log into the Enterprise Admin side and review the strengths of all users passwords and create training to help improve the use of the built-in password generator. When we first moved to this solution it was a great tool to show users how many times they have re-used the same password for various accounts. We imported their passwords from KeePass. Still not perfect but improvement is happening. Allowing users to share organizational login information has helped.

I love the product and only dislike I have is that my wife will not use the account I have for personal. She still uses a book full of passwords. She claims "it's too hard", I keep telling here it really is not and we can have passwords on our phones where ever we are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that have been solved for me with work is - I can know check on our criminal justice information systems audit that IT passwords are in a secure format and location.
Benefits I have realized since moving to this platform are that I really can step away from the office and go on "vacation" and still have all the access I need without have the old Word document with passwords.

Get a trial version and allow multiple people to try and import from old system. Setup multiple people and start sharing login information.

What do you like best about the product?
Price, All the different platforms the app can be installed on. The Security. keeps our passwords safe. ease of use. It is very important to have training for our users. The wonderful people at Keeper provided excellent user training on several occations for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not heard any dislikes at all. Very well rounded product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a huge problem with users using the same passwords, storing passwords in notepad, excel, under their keyboards and on sticky notes. Since implementing keeper, We have receive amazing feedback about Keeper Password Manager from our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Keepers functionality and ease of use is by far superior over all other password applications we have tested. We use the application on my mobile as well as the chrome extension so there is never an excuse to create a simple password.

Sometimes the updates do not roll out to well and we notice some weird one offs, but generally is fixed in a timely manner. Other than that I would have to say that I have no other complaints about the application or support itself.

Before keeper all passwords for IT were stored in an excel document and had the same passwords for most accounts. Now since keeper we have switched to keeper generated PWs for most accounts which is more secure and make me less concerned about a terminated user having them memorized. I use the application on my mobile as well as the chrome extension so there is never an excuse to create a simple password.

A must for every business!
What do you like best about the product?
We manage a lot of customer accounts, so having a secure repository for not only our internal passwords but for our client's as well is a MUST. We love how we can create folder for organization and share those folders with our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you forgot to make a folder a "shared" folder, you can't just share the existing folder... You have to create a new folder and move all your passwords into the new "shareable" folder. Once you remember to make every folder shareable this is a non-issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer do we have a company "password" spreadsheet that can be compromised. All passwords are protected and only available to those that need them.

Knowing that a system will take care of super extra safe passwords for you.

i just started using it. i don't see any disadvantage yet.

Easy, Efficient, and Secure
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to store username and passwords. It is so easy to auto-generate secure passwords. I love that we can create shared folders for those logins that are used by multiple people within the department
What do you dislike about the product?
That unless someone has admin access, teams cannot be created for shared groups. There should be various access/rights levels. for instance, I want to be the admin of my group so that I can edit and create teams and monitor access but I do not want access to other departments' teams and shared folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to create secure passwords and seamlessly be able to log-in through the "launch" feature. we are saving time by using the password auto generator.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and keeps my stored information secure. I can share records with other co-workers easily. When I have needed help, the support team available and ready to answer my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything seems to be good. There is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is nice to know my passwords are saved securely and easy to update when it is necessary. I also like having the passwords created by Keeper. It gets tiring trying to come up with new passwords.
