What do you like best about the product?
Have been using the app for years. Easy to organize and always quick to retrieve critical passwords in seconds. Folders and organizational set up make it the perfect password repository.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside as long as you have a fairly organized method of finding the information you need. Your folders must be specific enough to quickly access the accounts you are looking for.

I never have to worry about my password security. Bob next door can use all the post it notes he wants, I prefer the security the app for myself and my family.

The Best Way To Keep Track Of Passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using this handy tool for several years now. I can keep super safe and confidential by selecting secure, individual passwords --without duplication-- because Keeper Password Manager takes the worry of forgetting away. I've recommended this app to several people and they love it just as much as I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's to dislike? NOTHING. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Easy to organize. I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest problem was being afraid to use complicated, harder to hack, passwords in case I forgot what they were. Keeper Password Manager took that stress away.
Keeper keeps getting better over time.
What do you like best about the product?
I've had Keeper for about 4 years now, and I've been impressed with their rate of growth and capacity for change. Like the internet, they keep evolving and changing with time. I love their interface for their Mac app and on any browser I log in to. I truly feel safe having my passwords through them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their plugin for browsers to enter in passwords is a little annoying at times. It is a pop up and can sometimes enter in that site's password instead for 'username'. A quick fix and copy/paste action fixes it, but it would be nice if it becomes streamlined. I'm sure they're working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just organization of my passwords. You can create folders of different kinds of sites as well.
Keeper is the best
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper app provides a secure way to store user name and passwords. This app also has capabilities to login to the website if the URL is provided. They are custom fields you maintain additional information. I use the remarks field to track the Security Questions and answers. This app has a search capabilities to find records.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any faults with this app and meets all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Store all my login information in a secure app. Your data is backed up so it’s available to reload if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to enter all known information.
Easy and secure way to store various passwords and information rarely used.
What do you like best about the product?
Keeper can store passwords and other notes and be accessible from multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is always risky to have so many passwords in one spot, but KEEPER seems very diligent to keep this data safe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have over 200 different accounts. There is no way I could maintain an accurate paper copy of these and have access to it at my finger tips. Even more frustrating would be the process of resetting the password each time I forget one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My first suggestion is to turn off the self destruct mode so you don't loose your entire data by entering the wrong password too many times. Keep your records up to date at each change.
Good but Still Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, remembers where you were last when logging out / back in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one hidden field per record is bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Password management
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need more than one hidden field per record, this is not for you. For instance, if storing credit card info, you can put the card number in the "Password" field so that it's hidden, but you can't hide the name, the expiration date, the CVV code, etc. This is a serious limitation. You could get around this by having multiple records for a single item, but that's pretty messy. It would be much better if Keeper would allow us to set a custom field to "hidden" so that the content (not the name) is obscured just like the password field is.

What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
I can have the access on all my devices. They sync automatically
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of annual subscription....... I don’t care for the necessity of annually paying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking up password hard copy
Long-time User
What do you like best about the product?
Just the fact that I am able to share passwords with other people and I am able to access passwords on any browser and on the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything. The only possible thing is that occasionally websites change their logon procedures and I might need to take an extra step. Keeper does a good job of keeping up with those changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of having passwords available to me anywhere.
