What do you like best about the product?
I have used qualtrics from last 5 years it's a complete analytics tool for insights sentiment analysis crosstabs and dashboard, reports it's a good tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I dislike is you have to pay 100-200$ to get their certificates it's kindoff not required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves major problem of using multiple tools to get feedback and analytics and insights it bridges the gap between all and one stop shop kind off thing
