Much needed analytics for software teams
What do you like best about the product?
Hatica has become a part of my daily workflow and most of our team meetings. We use Hatica to balance project workload and code reviews requests, get visibility into team progress, identify bottlenecks and run syncups/retrospectives. Great product with awesome support.
What do you dislike about the product?
CI/CD performance analytics are missing which I think are essential when we are talking bout dev productivity

More confident about delivery timeline
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best outcome from using Hatica has been better visibility into what’s actually happening in my team. Im feeling a lot more confident about meeting release deadlines because Im able to understand our metrics better and also the activity log helps to identify team’s work patterns which I can use to optimise delivery speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot view work snapshots at 2 week sprint level. Still waiting for test coverage metrics to be released as promised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibiity has imprioved a lot and lesser risks

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hatica app to get insights on how our teams operate and what can we do better. It provides us the data to be able to improve our delivery speed and prioritise effort. My favourite is their activity heatmaps that help us know how much teams need to work outside their working hours.

API is bit limited in terms of filtering of metrics by custom groups

Great for DORA metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this tool is that it provides a very easy setup and continuous updates into our Devops. We use the DORA metrics dashboard a lot and its been super useful in making our release quality better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest that they start building community support and documentation to help users self-navigate the platform. Right now, I had a helpful onboarding call but I also like having resources to access on-demand.

What do you like best about the product?
I really wanted to optimize my team’s cycle time metric but was kind of working in the dark. We tried Hatica reports and we were able to identify issues and lags in our pick-up times. Our cycle time is now consistently meeting our benchmark goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is good......But can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hatica, we are now able to maintain industry benchmarks for cycle time and are able to ensure things are moving fast.

The reports feature makes our team management more proactive - We are able to identify and deal with issues as they occur rather than solving problems after they occur and this has helped our team to deliver results without delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as of now. Hatica has evolved a lot in the last one year and has fixed most of the cons.

Hatica provides us with complete visibility into developer workflows. This helps us understand the reason behind delays, optimize the developer workflows, and ensure that we don’t miss the deadlines anymore.

What do you dislike about the product?
Their UX has been improved with every release. So I’m hoping to see it get better and more intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
My aim was to increase the availability of deep work & focus time for my team and reduce the tendency to stay “available” at all times. With Hatica’s maker time metric, I was able to measure our baseline deep work time, optimize our meetings and improve the availability of focus time.

Your web app does not work well on mobile

More focus time and better productivity

What do you like best about the product?
We’re a globally distributed team that uses Hatica’s stand-ups daily. We have been able to respect our global team’s time zones and allow people to work without interruptions by giving them the flexibility to provide their check-in at their convenience.

The product is still new and I’m waiting to see it develop.

Accessing and visualizing dev metrics has helped us optimize our team activities. We measure cycle time and dev throughput and monitor our PR review practice which helped us understand our current performance and reduce bottlenecks
