Love the work analytics and slack based stand-ups, saves me hours of work
What do you like best about the product?
Hatica saves me hours of work by automating the standup. It also provides a loosely coupled, non nudging way to get regular updates from the team. The github related productivity graphs are industry first and i look at them to provide actionable feedback to the team from time to time. The insights are really useful for managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some configuration changes require raising a support request, would prefer to have them within the app

What do you dislike about the product?
Some dashboards have a learning curve as they are more complex than others - would like to see easier dashboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to accurately track engineering team metrics such as DORA metrics & cycle time. We have been using the meeting metrics to assess our team's communication health
Great tool for remote and hybrid teams
What do you like best about the product?
Ever since covid hit, we’ve shifted to a remote-first work model and we aim to be a remote & async team. Hatica has been great in helping automate our stand-up meetings and also by providing insights about our communication practices. The founder elaborated on how we could use the meeting stats in our meetings to promote better async work and also help prevent burnout. We’ve seen great productivity week after week using these tips
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dashboards were initially harder to figure out without guidance from Hatica support but the founder was always readily available to walk us through the dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides really valuable visibility that serves especially useful for remote and hybrid team management. Absolutely enjoy the daily and weekly work snapshots that give insights into our team’s progress. It helped us visualize where our efforts have yielded results and prompted areas where we have to align better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like a little more autonomy while using the platform - for example, I’d like to filter metrics by branches - something that I can’t do yet. I hope to see them provide these self-maneuverable options.

Fantastic tool to get a data-driven overview of our team’s work activity, productivity, and overall team morale. We particularly like seeing dev metrics and well-being metrics that help us not just boost our performance but also sustain high performance.

Does not support custome dashboard views

We gained visibility into our people's work contribution and imrpoved our team's well-being by reducing post work hour meetings
