What do you like best about the product?
The reporting aspect is great, it pulls it in effectively and efficiently. The tagging aspect has transformed our approach to naming conventions and reporting, reducing the time quite significantly. I use this every day for pacing checks of campaigns, creating reports and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag it takes for Sprinklr to update in line with ad manager updates. It takes a while to bring a fully fledged account up to speed and implement it across the board, especially if theres a few years of data to back log. Our first Sprinklr Rep was fantastic at helping us onboard, but since customer service has been lacking slightly - taking longer to respond to queries and not having the same level of commitment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has solved our manual pacing issues, naming convention inaccuracies, has implemented QA sheets for during the build process, saving us a lot of time and from a lot of errors.

What do you like best about the product?
We are new to our journey with Sprinklr but the platform has enabled us to unlock new insights we did not have before. The platform has a lot of features and the UX is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a big learning gap that I need to bridge however as I build competence using the tool, I am sure this will get better

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that all communications track all the way through from campaign set up to reporting and dashboarding, all without leaving the platform. Customer support is good for any teething problems but once you're set up, you're away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UX designs with dashboards fall short of other DV platforms like Tableau and even Looker Studio.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprinklr is its ease of use; it's straightforward to use. The option for tags is endless, which is extremely helpful in giving feedback. Customer support is also extremely responsive and addresses any issue as soon as it arises. When using a product like Sprinklr every day, you want it to be easy to use, simple to implement new parameters, and easily integrated into your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of right away that I dislike about using Sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is able to collect all out brands social engagements in one convienent spot, allowing us to quickly and accurately answer all social enagagements in a timely manner,

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to customize and use as a new user
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess I dislike the fact that sometimes you can hide items and others you cannot. However, I don't believe that's a Sprinklr issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr allows Social Media Mangers to see all platforms of their socials, and scan through to engage or moderate as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Rules engines can be designed and tailored to each brands needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support used to be great, but for the past couple of years it has not been great. You need to be constantly sending emails for updates on requests, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps identify high priority social cases that may need immediate eyes, using the workflow rules engine, vs working natively where something can get lost.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool and calendar view with the categorization for campaigns is what I like best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics is very difficult to understand and not intuitive. I find it overwhelming the amount of filtering and questions you have to type in to narrow down certain metrics. I also do not find it to be user-friendly in terms of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication with social media followers
