My Sprinklr insight
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to interact people from over the world and being able to provide assistance to them through this great platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit or erase a message we already sent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr created a interactive platform that allows LATAM airlines to communicate with their customers in a easy and well oriented manner
Love this app.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr has a lot of options, the ability to view previous conversations, the canned responses, the chimes, the countdowns for how long your chats have been waiting. It is very helpful when assisting customers. I use this software for 8 hours a day 5 days a week for my full time job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how you cant double click in the message to copy without bringing up a big widget. The generate summary is off half the time and unable to use that function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr service makes it easy to communicate with customers and do my job.

What do you like best about the product?
The options it has available. You can create your own texts and responses
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to click on the text box again to write another response after sending one. I wish it would just let you continue writing in the box and send another message

They have taken into consideration the voice of the associates and what we are looking for then making accommodations and implementing changes to fit our needs
All in all a good service to review all channels at once

All channels in one place, fast performance, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its not possible to see the whole conversation directly in sprinklr and then I have to go check Facebook (click on the time stamp) to see the context. This happens when customers talk in the comment section.
The search engine is not the best - e.g. when I search for a customer, I do not find cases just from people with thix exact name which makes it hard to find.

Monitoring all channels in one place is a big benefit

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout, the home screen with all of my metrics, the menu on the side. The ease of requesting time off is convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I can say I don't like is the inability for me, an L1 agent, to filter my metrics in the Reports section. Also, a lot of the summaries to the right of the scores on the Scorecard Overview section are too small for me to be able to look at breakdowns and there's no way to make it bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem I can say it is solving is making it easier for contact centers and their employees to communicate and facilitate customer service.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that your views/tabs get saved in the cache so that next time it opens up properly. You can customize your view and always be comfortable with getting into work.
The many view options and intuitive UI is great. Customer support is made easy with the built in translator.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is an indicator notification for channels that you do not get assigned to that is impossible to disable without removing permissions. This is the biggest downside of using the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr provides a place to have all your social media platforms in one place, it makes it easy to understand whether a message is a comment or PM.

What do you like best about the product?
The sprinklr service has many perks. I really appreciate the real time call transcript, and the ability to see more customer information while on the same screen. I love being able to access workflows and decision trees on live cases. I'm also happy to have the ability to chat with agents real time during their cases instead of having to leave sprinklr to another chat platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ring tone is not great, but that is a minor concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to see a real time call transcript allows me to catch what I didn't hear from the audio, and is great for when you need to catch a phone number, email, or order number. Also, a lot of education material is housed for my team in Sprinklr now, so it's less clicks outside of the sprinklr window.

I like that Sprinklr has almost everything I need for work right inside the platform.

I don't have any dislikes! I enjoy the product.

Sprinklr is almost an all-inclusive service that my company uses, I can find probably 60% of what I need throughout my workday on Sprinklr.

It solves the problem of fragmented communication by unifying all social conversations,which improves response time and ensures consistent customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is easy to navigate and compatible with some social media channels, I use sprinklr every day, several times a day to build ads. It is particularly good for Tiktok.The customer support is useful and you recieve emails about pacing of campaigns that you may not have noticed otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be difficult to implement Sprinklr when you have been used to native platforms as it looks different to platforms like Pinterest and snapchat, and not all the features always pull through to the native platforms, it difficult to integrate Sprinklr throughout other platforms
