A good and complete publishing tool
What do you like best about the product?
On the publishing part it is easy to use, I can create a post and assign it to an author, a campaign, I can select to publish it across several accounts at once.
From the editorial calendrar I can use the filters to quickly find a post, I can also copy or delete a post.
For KPIs on the campaigns, I like the reporting side that has a lot of possibilities and widgets to create dashboards. I like that I can create a custom metric when I need it.
It is easy to learn, I use it daily in my work and am able to teach new coworkers how to use it.
The set up is easy as it is a web application (it can work without being connected to any other app - we just log in from a browser) and there is the mobile application.

What do you dislike about the product?
My collegues told me about issues on the Advocacy part (not the easiest to edit) and how the support doesn't really help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps to have an organized editorial calendar for a global company. This is very useful to have a global view of what is being done on the company's accounts. Given how every country and business line wants to promote its topics, the targeting function is a lifesaver when there are 150 publications per week.
The advocacy platform is also useful as corporate communications are less pushed forward on social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The workbench is an intuitive tool—I'm able to navigate it easily and locate everything I need without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still find the Sprinklr services a bit complex and have trouble understanding the differences between each one.

It is easy to access any of the features like publishing,reporting and engagement with helpful guidance to every options

Multiple ticket creation for same user which makes it difficult to monitor the exact case details of the user.

Option to like the comments or post on instagram via tool itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to search with any available data you have. Additionally, It provides a user-friendly experience with the options to switch between tabs very practically.

I do not have a bad experience but maybe automated reporting to the user can be good idea.

Dashboard related problems were fixed very quick.

Sprinklr brings everything together, and there's no platform that can not be integrated within the system

Customer support can take a while to sort things out, and it can be a little bit complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings every platform together into one, allowing us to speak with customers in rapid time and overall making the phone lines less busy.

that you are able to manage cmapaigns from different platforms in one place, one interface, good customer support, and audience builder is amazing

it's quite slow sometimes and there are errors/bugs often and when there are errors they are not well explained

What do you like best about the product?
The trustworthiness of its data (e.g., several high-ranked media, extensive and powerful social media platforms) and the possibilities to mold data, add filters, use operators and configure dashboards in highly efficient ways. The newsletters are also amazing for quick monitoring and reaching stakeholders in a highly digestible manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
The U.I could do with a revamp. One of the main stoppers for my team when using sprinklr is not understanding intuitively how to configure things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding conversations from main stakeholders, risk topics, business units, and many more.

Most of the reporting's and tracking works exceptionally well. Being able to create customer dashboards and connecting it to external services like AWS S2 Buckets is really useful
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration process was slightly challenging as we were looking to add a lot of new features that we were missing from the old software from the start. But if you are Building from scratch, I doubt you would have this issue.

Having most channels connected to one platform for ease of access and being able to track productivity and tracking cases from one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can create niche dashboards and take out specific data according to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature like example the tonality of the "comment" can sometimes be picked up wrongly by Sprinklr. That's normal as it cannot understand human sarcasm and connotations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is helping me understand the net sentiment, tonality, conversation themes and giving me data using which I can make brand reports. The automatic Macros help a lot and saves time. Seeing the historical cases section helps me understand the user who commented even better and take better decisions to action the comment.
