Loyalty Driving Insights 101

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the social studio. We use it to manage all profiles at once, have similar messaging across all platforms. We can then combine it with other tools to get a clear picture of what audiences are saying.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small account like us, support is ad hoc, and we don't feel at ease making changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social pages, and getting insights from all slow into our tools which help refine messgaing and also manage customer expectations better.

Streamlined Case History, but Searching all Cases needs to be improved

What do you like best about the product?
Once the customer’s information has been entered, it provides a streamlined history of cases for each individual profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I don’t have access to the case number, I can’t look up the customer’s account number to locate the case. I also cannot access my personal case history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with customers that need assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization available in Sprinklr Service. It gives me a highly customized way to define my workflows based on my team's requirements and use cases. This flexibility helps solve problems effectively. I also appreciate the clean workflows that make managing tasks smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the customization, it does become a bit complex for an average user. Some form of impact report based on how certain changes will impact, something in simpler terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service assigns cases based on accounts, prioritizes messages, ensures SLA adherence, and offers customizable workflows tailored to our team's requirements, solving specific problems in community management.

What I like best about Sprinklr Service is its ability to unify customer interactions across multiple channels into one platform, Plus, its scalability and integration capabilities make it ideal for managing complex enterprise needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
some advanced configurations can be complex, which might slow down adoption for new users. However, once the learning curve is overcome, the benefits are significant

-for outgoing call should change status it is better to change automatically once procced with outgoing call
- cases notification some how annoying and collapse button not functioning correctly

It brings together all aspects of customer service and engagement by integrating its different modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite challenging to get used to, and there are occasional bugs in the backend that can be frustrating.

By bringing together all interactions between a customer and a business into a single platform, the customer experience becomes unified. This approach allows us to lower costs by eliminating the need for separate teams to manage each platform where customers might engage with the business.

Not all problems can always be solved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize reports according to business needs. It is useful because I can adjust different reports according to internal requests and needs, meeting all demands. Additionally, I found the initial installation of Sprinklr Service very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the graphical interface could be improved and made more user-friendly, and many aspects could be simplified because, as of today, its use is a bit more complex. And I think artificial intelligence could also help us in setting up some reports and making the user experience on the platform much smoother and simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service helps me identify interesting trends, analyze the organic performance of the brand's content, and do benchmarking. I also find the ability to customize reports to meet all the internal needs of the company useful.
