What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very helpful in my role as a WFM. This application is very easy to use in day-to-day Job. In customer support it is very important tool and implementation is also very simple compared to other tools. I frequently use this tool in my WFM role to monitor the agent's performance and other stuff. This tool is having different type of features like download of reports and integration of reports and publishing is also very simple way I really like this tool. Overall, in customer support this tool paly important role.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is a lagging issue sometimes in downloading of reports
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a WFM I really like this tool in pulling the raw data is very simple and back dated reports also available in this tool
Support is horrible

I love having a single view of the customer, regardless of the channel they used to reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get comfortable with the UI and understand all the features, also the lack of time it takes for pictures to load on the sytem.

Sprinklr Service is helping us solve key customer support challenges by unifying all our digital support channels—email, chat, social media, and messaging—into a single platform.
Easy to Use and Able to Handle Complex Configurations

The platform is easy to navigate and user friendly. It has been able to handle our complex business model and configurations.

The help service could be improved with proactive actions.

Our business has many different social media handles and Sprinklr is helping with putting everything in one place, saving time and reducing costs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how amazing it is to aggregate all the reviews in one place, and is nicely organized in a queue and tracked with not only sentiment scores, but also categorization of the bigger picture issue to spot trends based on feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isn't a lot of training around reporting that is specific to my needs, while the university articles are awesome, I could use more tailored training.

One place for all feedback and tracking productivity

What do you like best about the product?
It makes the use and deployment of the AI Chat very simple.

Dashboards for admins can easily get overcrowded.

Website availability of chat bots is what Sprinklr helps solve. The benefit is that deployment is simple and easily monitored.

The services cost is a bit higher than others but if we compare it with the services they're performing, then it's logical price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes dealing with customers very easy and arranged . even it has a very good analytics which supports us to monitor the data hourly.

Highly configurable despite being a SaaS solution
What do you dislike about the product?
They promise EVERYTHING, but sometimes it just doesn't work out. Project management within Sprinklr could also be improved, especially for very large companies.

Highly adaptable software that can be quickly tailored to business needs. Excellent omnichannel approach that bundles all relevant channels for customer agent.

Sprinklr Service for the most part has proven to be an easy-to-use solution with limited down time and beneficial functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst reporting and tracking of user actions can be cumbersome, the data is available and accessible.

It provides customers with an option to engage with us at a time that is convenient to them with the agents responding during our operating hours
