What do you like best about the product?
The robust reporting. I could go on but its early and don't have much to give on a friday :p
What do you dislike about the product?
Most are very minor, dare I say trivial, but the one that comes to mind pertains to the red and green colors depicting negative or positive. Sometimes, its positive to have gone down and it should be green but its red. Same with increases but with green and should be red. Just think it should be switched and/or be a setting admins can adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to service our customers from all different social channels in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super advance and can do so much. Very optimizable and customable. Has been ahead of the game for years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not easy to get service. They had a restricted that resulted in receiving no service, but are working diligently on fixing this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy routing for social moderation. Excellent for listening and also monitoring agents. Great rules and routing options.

Sprinklr support is first in class they are always available and willing to improve the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr University, I wish that the more in-depth tutorials were available online instead of Demos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr allows for seamless data analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is, that all channels can get managed in one agent interface. Also selfcare possibilities are andlessly. A really great thing is that you can design tailored processes with will exactly matching your individual business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
This strongly depends how the envioronment was build up. sometimes if to many different departments or subsidiarys are in the same environment this could does a lot to systemperformance and few calrity in the system. also the usermanagment has its deficits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
historically we where handling different channels in diffrent tools, also the CRM is a complete different tool, without any channelmanagement. Sprinklr will solve this, we are nearly there to this one tool to rule them all solution. Also the Chatbot Flow design is really easy to learn and gives a lot of possibilities to offer full selfcare or to collect information before the actual agent gets in contact. Which saves a lot of agent time when he/she diddnt have to ask repetitive questions to every customer

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is easy to use with multiple features that help us on the daily. Stay on top of your customer queries with ticket management. It is a massively popular platform that many large businesses use to market, advertise, research and more. Sprinklr Service is a unified customer service platform, advanced AI integrations and matchless customization. We can also manage all Incoming chats within the product we work for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, we do have Dislike due to lack of waiting period to connect with agent once any chat is triggered it does not directly connect with Agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Services is used to solve Customer Query with sweet and neat to meet Mitigations plan we have within Sprinklr. I do use to check with live agent status and contact time for the chat/Calls they get.

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much Sprinklr can do and the contacts we have at Sprinklr are very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very overwhelming to understand at first and there are some limitations due to Sprinklr being unable to integreate with other platforms (although I know this is something they are working on and can't always "help").
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps us automate and refine a ton of our processes. It helps with quality assurance and overall can just do so so much!
