Easy to use for planning out your social media
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprinklr is how easy it is to schedule out posts on the various platforms in advance, so I do not have to be working on a holiday or after hours to get a post out there. There is also the handy Smart feature for deciding when best to post, so that my post can get the most visibility when first pushed out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to use the editing features from the platforms before posting, so everything must be made and edited before uploading to sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps keep everything organized, and I can see exactly when and where my posts are going out to, as well as all of their analytics.
The automation and ease of use that Sprinklr provides has been a godsend.
What do you like best about the product?
The editorial calendar and being able to post on multiple outlets through one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to periodically reconnect social media accounts and not being able to do it as an impersonating user is something i would change.

the format of editing the profile it should loom like the platform ( Twitter, Linkedin etc.) The layout needs to be more user friendly

Sprinklr is an amazing place to condense your Social Media into one easy to use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is easy to use with multiple features that help us on the daily. We have incorporated all of our app stores, Social Media Accounts, BazaarVoice and Trustpilot. It replaced an outdated option, but it was a seamless transitition that made the previous system feel like it belonged in the last century. Sprinklr support is great, when we have an issue or even a suggestion, they are happy to take it on board. My team and I use the system daily for all of our workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we are transitioning from agent console to care console. The information on the care console takes up so much space on the screen and loads slowly. A lot of information, but not all useful. Using a smaller screen such as a laptop on the go or just making the window smaller, makes it impossible to see the conversation well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the integrations of all of our systems into one. Before Sprinklr we had to have multiple tabs open and had to look at items manually, whilst now due to Sprinklr it allocates work and means whilst working we do not need to switch between tabs and manually check.

What do you dislike about the product?
Intermittent issues with signing in/out of accounts aren't ideal, however when it works, it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with logging in, which is being investigated
It was nice experience having to view almost everything in one tab.
What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly it is and how the design is pleasing to the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's inability to pulled to another tab without clicking on Duplicate tab on our browser. It will be really helpful if you allow Sprinklr to be pulled on another tab especially for agents.

The way it is easy to use even as for a beginner.
Using Sprinklr to Post on Company Social Media (Twitter and LinkedIn)
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful using Sprinklr is I can manage what I want to posted for upcoming weeks. Also, I can easily access Social Performance Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my problem using Sprinklr is when I click "save as draft", the draft is hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr service solves my problem when I have to share multiple post within one time.

Some Bugs are not explicable, like some scheduled post don't go live even though they're scheduled

One of the go to listening tools in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is no doubt the best listening tool in th market. With easy to use functioning generating the best looking report with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics part can be a bit more dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My brand's social listening and engagement requirements are well met with Sprinklr. With easy to use dashboards, also has helped me alot in setting up social command center.
