Sprinklr for a Digital Campaign Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like the editorial calendar and how you can create your own dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to tag LinkedIn accounts when posting, some accounts are not showing up. Some metrics on the dashboard are not consistent, I hope they thoroughly explain the formula and description of each metric.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

An all-in-one platform that can manage multiple platforms and applied analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It covers most of the active social platforms in the market, and agnecies can setup all the campaign in single campaign with ease. For reporting purpose, multiple platforms data can be integrated and export into single excel report. The account manager is proactive and having timely response.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glitches for Sprinklr happened more frequently in the past few months, in which most of the bugs are pending to resolve for a long time. However although ticket are opened, fews of them were getting addressed and resolved, in which since no turnarounds can be provided. We need to forgone some ad formats in order to launch the campaign, which is a pity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far the big bugs are still pending from Sprinklr team to resolve, so no benefits

I find the features robust and intuitive, providing valuable insights and efficient workflows for managing social media presence effectively.

The initial complexity and learning curve, which is challenging to navigate and unknown errors causing delay in campaign delivery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage multiple social media channels from a single platform, saving time by eliminating the need to switch between different tools or interface.
Sprinklr - The perfect CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr provides us widget option that help us to get various reports for agent performance and customer transactions details. Knowledge base has been improved so we can easly get the articles by mentioning keywords. Its chat option is very cool where we can easly park chat and reconnect with the customer. AI agent is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voice dailer option can be intrigated so we can get everythin at one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a knowledge base along with all the articulates for different regions that help us whenever we need. We can edit the widgets and download the data according to our needs.
Great tool for engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr makes it easy to engage with our client's customers through their social channels. Customer support does respond in a timely manner when you have issues using or accessing sprinklr.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the content does not pull through when it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me sprinklr helps me handle a high volume or messages through all social channels. Sentiment is automatically applied and we can support all of our client's social channels.

Its nice to see that all the handles are on one page and easy tracking for the same

its little slow and takes time to load the comments upon refresh, hold time can go upto 10 sec at times.

Real time assistance is provided during business hours to the customer due to use of sprinklr.

Usage of audit checksheet has incorporated which is really good and great, even the agent assignment has improved alot
