Comprehensive Platform with Strong Meta Integration

What do you like best about the product?
We use Sprinklr primarily for ads management, reporting, as well as social listening, and competitor benchmarking. Overall, it offers a solid and unified experience for managing campaigns across platforms, particularly with Meta integration, which is fairly seamless and user-friendly. The bulk editing features for campaigns are efficient and make campaign management significantly easier.
The Account Team is very supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy at times, especially during peak usage. The comment sentiment categorisation lacks transparency, making it difficult to confidently assess audience tone at scale. Reporting is generally strong but has some technical limitations.
Advantage+ creative settings from Meta aren't fully supported, which can create gaps in execution and oversight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the need to switch between tools, saving time and improving workflow efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
it's user friendly, minimizes the time for campaign set up & reporting, all paid social channels are integrated
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes you get errors or it might stuck and you loose the work that have been done, also there isn't an option to go back to your previous action like a revert button

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can listen by topic, compile dashboards and by metric. As someone who runs organic social media on a national scale, I need to be able to see what's going on online AND how people are responding to the content I'm putting out to stay relevant, and Sprinklr greatly simplifies that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning to navigate Sprinklr because of how comprehensive it truly is can take quite a while. I've been using Sprinklr daily for almost 2 years and there are still capabilities I haven't touched. However, I think with a software so comprehensive that is likely to be an issue with any software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage two different organization's national social media platforms and I'm able to cohesively see metrics, comments, and related topics in one place. We also have more than 50 smaller pages for the organizations in the states, and we are able to manage those all in the same place as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve automated a ton of repetitive tasks, from routing customer messages to the right teams, to setting up content approval flows. The automation engine is robust and helps us scale without burning out our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is how complex the platform can be, especially for new users. It’s just not intuitive out of the box. Training & onboarding took longer than expected and even now, some team members find the interface overwhelming. If you don’t have someone dedicated to managing it, you might struggle to get full value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service helped us bring all our support channels into one place, which made it way easier for our team to respond quickly and consistently. We can see the full customer history across platforms, and the smart routing saves us a ton of time. It’s definitely improved our response times and overall customer experience.
