What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of access to the platform, and I use it daily so I appreciate the consistency and integration of chatting to customers to offer customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company hasn't perfected the best possible route of using the platform - Mainly due to those in control of the platform do not and have not used it in the same manor we do. This requires a lot of back and forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing a direct contact between agent and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Sprinklr Service to be smooth and fast, which is really important in a call center environment. It's also easy to access and easy to use, making it convenient for my daily tasks. I also appreciate that the initial setup was straightforward and easy, which meant that everyone could use it without any hassle. Overall, I'm really satisfied with Sprinklr Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experience connection issues sometimes with Sprinklr Service. During calls, the voice can go silent and the system gets stuck, which means we can't reach customers. This is a problem that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product addresses call center needs by assisting in answering customer inquiries though it faces occasional connection issues, with calls sometimes becoming silent.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Sprinklr Service is the ease and efficiency it brings to our workflow. The editorial calendar makes planning content seamless, and the social scheduling tools are intuitive and reliable. It helps us stay organized, collaborate across teams, and execute campaigns with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge we’ve encountered with Sprinklr Service is that some platforms still require native posting for certain features or formats. While Sprinklr covers a lot, there are occasional limitations that mean we have to leave the platform to complete a task. It’s a small inconvenience, but it can disrupt workflow efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service helps us solve several key challenges in social media management. It centralizes our content planning, publishing, and engagement tools into one platform, which reduces the need to juggle multiple systems. That saves us time and minimizes errors. The ability to schedule posts across channels, monitor performance, and respond to customer interactions all in one place has made our workflow more efficient and collaborative. It’s especially helpful for staying organized during high-volume campaigns and seasonal pushes.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is highly effective for managing social media posts. We are utilizing it extensively alongside Salesforce Service Cloud, with which we have developed a custom integration. We are also seeking a roadmap for onboarding new social platforms. Our account managers are doing their best to address day-to-day challenges. The tool is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the collaboration with Sprinklr in the matter of the Success Plan disappointing; in my view, it is essentially nonexistent. After several changes in management, we finally have one stable manager. However, apart from handling tickets, he has not provided any additional value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most task which are being solved by Sprinklr Service are problems with itnegration between Salesforce Service Cloud and Sprinklr.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr has great capabilities like Sprinklr services for customer experience management. One of the simplified product which demonstrates the much needed insights for any brand to acomplish there growth objectives. Personally i'm a big fan of Sprinklr Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Sprinklr to look more deeply on the Support side. This will play a major role in customer retention & growth momentum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is completely helping our customer experience business with the social management capabilities.
