Right Path to AI

What do you like best about the product?
The use of AI helps and it is great to see that the service is on a path to utilize AI to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some aspects that feal clunky and repetitive with the UI. I wish the UI could be more streamlined and not feel so busy all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is more ease in locating a customers information and past contact history. Also, it is great as a agent to have one spot for QA Evals, my schedule and daily work

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the system navigation panel and education dock.
What do you dislike about the product?
I least enjoy the sound delays in Sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is allowing our company to conduct education courses and meetings within the system. This makes things more accesible as they are all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best how the service is integrated with social media accounts and the ease of use to provide support to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think and area of opportunity would be for the service to be easier to navigate through and less clunky. A friendlier user interface would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps connect customers to the business customer support teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very extensive, providing plenty of opportunities to respond to users' messages and, in addition, to tag their responses. This makes the subsequent creation of periodic reports and statistical summaries easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool seems a bit complicated to me. It took me a long time to implement to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool is very helpful in the day-to-day work of replying to messages left by internet users on social media. Sprinklr is virtually faultless and works very quickly. Once you know the instructions for using it, work is pleasant and organised.

What do you like best about the product?
Having so many different social features embedded in one platform is a time saver at least.The efficienct to jump fromcare, to analytics, to the knowledgebase is unique and well appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any innovation there will be bugs so sometimes there are bugs that affect efificiency, workflow is still doable just not at the usual level that is enjoyed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to stay in the know with our customer base and promoptly engaging positively and/or solving their issues.

Efficient communication platform!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is very intuitive and easy to use.
Its a great platform to help our costumers doubts increasing the possibilities to answer by phone, chat or e-mail, all in one place.
I'm able to do a great costumer support since I can writte case notes and I can chek later what the call theme is about.
I use it everyday and I can reccomend Sprinklr for anyone who wants to provide a great service for the costumers and itselfs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection its poor, and I cannot listen the costumer very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr help me get connected with customer in a very near relation with the merchant.

What do you like best about the product?
When the system starts to predict what I am going to say based on frequently used sentences which saved me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding predetermined text is sometimes difficult.

It is making chats more efficient.

I love that it is super easy to use, and is always being updated with new user friendly options.

Not being able to customise the 'assest category' to my preferences and which predefined content I use most.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is easy to use, I also find it helpful that AI summary has been introduced. Its a quick way to summarise the chat instead of having to scroll through the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always improvements in sprinklr, so I do not have anything to dislike at the moment.
