Sprinklr has been a effortless experience for me
What do you like best about the product?
What I love best about Sprinklr is their defined context feature and their new chimes they have added to be able to distinguish in what order those messaging responses are coming in
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I am not too fond of is the lag sometimes I experience with Sprinklr sometime message do not populate and that slows down my response time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is benefiting me by providing great responses to the replies I recieve so I can tailor them to the conversations I am having with customers

The interface of the tool, easy to navigate and create widgets and to download data-User friendly

The Work allocation - No equal ditribution of work, whoever is working more, will get more cases assigned

You can publish and manage content and communities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so buggy. Nothing is smooth. It's very complicated. There are no help teams for agencies that use the tool. The support you do get is extremely poor. It's expensive. it doesn't integrate into paid very well. The API for different platforms is poor. Why can't I do line breaks on TikTok or collabs? It's a very slow and poor user experience.

While generally intuitive, some advanced customization options can have a steeper learning curve, requiring more in-depth exploration to fully utilize their potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is instrumental in solving the challenge of managing a high volume of customer inquiries across diverse social channels. It centralizes these interactions, allowing our team to efficiently track, respond to, and resolve customer issues in real time. This has significantly reduced our average response times, improved customer satisfaction scores, and provided invaluable insights into common customer pain points, enabling us to proactively address them and enhance our overall service quality.
Good streamlining between client and agency, but alot of technical glitches that slow processes.

Integration between client and agency for campaign approval and management.

Alot of bugs and glitches that delay launch dates of camapigns.

Link between creative uploads and automated camapigns. These creatives often don't pull through successfully and take a long time to troubleshoot.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is a powerhouse when it comes to managing our entire social media ecosystem. From planning and publishing to engagement and listening, it covers every touchpoint seamlessly. The platform is intuitive once you're familiar with its structure and capabilities. I especially appreciate the integrated workflows and the ability to customize dashboards and reporting to suit our team’s needs. The real-time engagement tools and listening capabilities allow us to stay on top of trends and brand mentions effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, particularly for new users without prior training or support. Without advanced onboarding or the help of their support team, it can feel overwhelming due to the breadth of functionality. However, once mastered, it becomes indispensable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps us centralize and streamline all our social media efforts across platforms. It reduces the need for multiple tools, which improves collaboration across our teams. The listening functionality has been particularly valuable for brand sentiment analysis and crisis monitoring. We're also able to ensure a consistent content calendar, review performance easily, and quickly engage with our community.

How I can assign cases to myself and tag other coworkers on a case
What do you dislike about the product?
When I'm in another status other than AVAILABLE, the bottom icon stays big and floats. It's in the way when I'm typing why can't it just stay small like when I'm on available status. Also, when I'm filling the categories and I'm trying to type in one of the category boxes, it freezes, or another category opens.

When sprinklr support is responsive and helpful for troubleshooting the backend of the tool and priorities our users experience. The AI advancements and regular updates.

Some of the visual elements could be modernized or more effective and easy to use for end user and admin end

Social media automated posting and all in one place for multi posts on social platforms
Sprinklr has made content scheduling efficient, and hassle free
What do you like best about the product?
I love that sprinklr suggest scheduling hours that may bring the most engagement. This insight is helpful in strategically planning out when to make post that our prospects will see! Sprinklr is easy to use, navigate and learn even when they have new updates. Very beginner and user friendly software. There are many useful features to help with engagement analysis, visual processing, scheduling .And dashboards that allow you to make folders for content batching, easy to share amongst teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram Story uploads can be challenging to post with the correct sizing. Getting acclimated with sizing and how sprinklr post on different platforms makes it easier to edit or create post before uploading to sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr aids in keeping track of client conversations and social media marketing. Sprinkler helps to make scheduling content easier without the weight of utilizing multiple platforms at once, but combines it into one application platform to manage many social media platform at once.

The knowledge base articles are hard to find and there's so much that isn't explained. Hard to learn new how to do new things and hard to understand dashboards and reporting.
