Sprinklr modern care is among the best social media tool used by my team ...best SMMS so far
What do you like best about the product?
It is a unified platform and it is covering everything that is required to enhance social media activities
What do you dislike about the product?
Granular permissions and user roles. It basically has so many complex permissions which makes it a complex application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helped us organize the content calendar, managing and publish the content, helping us in understanding the customers and audiences. It is also a great help when it comes to community engagement which is Sprinklr Modern Care
Helping to reply to all cases without missing any of the customers messages or comments

The flexibility in the system were you can always new things to know on sprinklr

The sound of the notifications it will be better if you change it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do reply to the customers of the bank in 3 different countries and you can easily know each case from egypt or KSA or UAE, this helped to increase our productivity

- UI could be a bit more logical
- would appreciate more detailed/customized analytics

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps the customer support team works more efficiently; they see an overview of messages in all channels. We're getting detailed standardized analytics on how we're doing across all platforms. Automated features save time a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The notifications, tabs, and dark mode are great features of SPK. I also love how my team can easily work on multiple cases at once, as the system assigns 3 at a time to each of us (you can change this number to whatever you want!) It feels super modifiable to whatever your workplace needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards aren't totally built out for QA, which makes my position difficult when reviewing my team's responses.

Sprinklr allows us to see exactly what specialist responded in a conversation that could've been worked by multiple people.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my agents can't cherry-pick messages for responses and if they are available receive customers that they have already engaged with as well. This provides a better overall experience for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enablement was a bit rocky, but once we ironed out the kinks this has become a powerful tool for us.

It makes it easier to manage my team and their overall progress and performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Multi point solution. Ease of use across platform. Can't imagine a more robust enterprise solution.

Buggy at times. But when it works, it works well. Analytics could be more attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General questions to how families can communicate with patients. Help build listening topics in crisis communication situations. Allowing to triage an aggregate of all our social properties in one dashboard.
A complete tool to easily manage busy accounts
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has really a lot of functionalities and allows you to manage even the busiest social accounts with ease and few clicks. The number of tags and the simplicity of applying them is an amazing feature in my opinion. Applying macros to multiple elements at one really helps me speed up my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some menus are too close one to the other and often I need two clicks to get to open the right selection, but that's maybe partially my fault. I would love to be able to apply tags in bulks, just as I can apply macros to multiple elements at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am controlling all the inbound messages and posts of visitor of my customer's pages, which are A LOT. Dividing the different traffic sources into columns makes really easy for me to prioritize or understand the best way I should engage with every message I receive.

I like the fact I'm able to access more.

I dislike nothing so far! The accessibility is great and I have no complaints.

Disassociating cases was a lovely feature that they added that I feel benefits our whole team!

Be aware of all the features they offer as it can make navigation a lot easier.
