What do you like best about the product?
Being able to efficiently route dozens of deliveries per day has been a helpful addition to our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup, while not difficult, requires strong API knowledge.

Deep yet easy to use Route Management and Optimization Software

What do you like best about the product?
We evaluated over 20 platforms for our 50+ vehicle fleet. We chose Locus based on:

Competitive pricing
Intuitive User Interface
Deep design supporting complex user requirements
Newer company which means less legacy issues and faster development

In hindsight, these all turned out to be accurate. Our biggest concern originally was support, as they are not a US based company. However, this has been a pleasant surprise. We meet regularly and they are very responsive. As will any company, they are obviously not perfect, but they do react to issues and listen to feedback which is all you can ask.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd love a bit more documentation. Locus us a deep platform with a ton of functionality and options. However, it's sometimes hard to know what different settings do and how certain features work. They answer very quickly when a question arises, but sometimes it's good just to have to not always ask. Along these same lines, they add new functionality quite often (which is awesome) but sometimes we only know because we asked how to solve a problem. A bit more communication on new features would be great. But overall, this is a good problem to have vs. never getting new functionality, so we can live with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Locus to manage our fleet deliveries and pickups each day. We had never did any type of automated optimization before and are still working to adapt that into our operation. The real time tracking of drivers and orders is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Locus is probably the support and how responsive the team is. Whenever we have an issue or a request, someone always gets back quickly and tries to help. Also, the platform itself is quite user-friendly, and it keeps improving over time, which shows they really listen to feedback. Overall, it feels like Locus is more of a partner than just a service provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there’s not much to complain about, but if I had to point something out, maybe sometimes the system updates or changes happen a bit suddenly, so it takes a bit of time for our team to get used to them. Also, once in a while, the response time for support can be a little slower during peak periods. But overall, it’s been a good experience and those issues aren’t deal-breakers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locus helps us solve the problem of manual route planning, which used to take a lot of time and often wasn’t very efficient. Now with Locus, the system does most of the work — it plans the routes automatically based on real conditions, which saves us time and helps the riders work more smoothly. Also, being able to track deliveries in real time makes it easier to follow up with customers or fix issues quickly.

Support system is not up to the marked multiple team member don't know what and how county is operating,
priority of issues always low, POC By County Should act quickly as Sales impact is possible, just got the replay on email always.

What do you like best about the product?
Track and trace feature is providing the visibility to your delivery. Dynamic route planning algorithm is providing the great amount of saving and cost avoidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locus capabilities are not yet to cover all of relevant transportation modes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fuel and distance saving from Dynamic routing algorithm.

What do you like best about the product?
Locus has given us lot of stability operationally. While we haven't used Locus to the full extent because of integration limitations at our end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the delivery app features were not as per our expectations, ex: scanning of crates

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to remodel the software based on our feedback and experiences. Locus have a great team, headed by our Account Manager Mr Mohit, who does site visits and have constant communication with us, showing results and giving advice to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, excellent logistics partner

Delivery confirmations, route planning are our major issues. LOCUS helps by providing live solutions to both

What do you like best about the product?
I like the realtime progress of the data as well as the detailed version and interaction with the Operation and Driver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain things that didn't consider in the system like addresses, reports creation and API Interaction etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to understand the Turn Around of our Deliveries much better but this is regards if the driver use it 100% and correct as the application is more on Driver Interaction and not automation.
