Previously our operations using skilled staff to generate static routing, resulted in gap of utilization.

More effective geo tagging based travel distance captured by the App based on the address- Locus should pick up Lat Long based on the address- Today google can do the same, Automate the same in the app

Route planning. It is benefitting my company because, our logistics team does not need to plan the best routes for each batch of deliveries.

1. Communication, due to the different language used, sometimes it is hard to convey the right intention of the words.

Planning tools and other important features which should be available out of the box need to be paid for. Should be made available right away.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user friendly and easy to learn for new users. Application is advanced and has many business required features that make it a valuable enterprise application for us and is used as a daily integral part of our business process. Also we get good support from the technical team for implementing modifications and integration requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the regular update sprints are more frequent to cover more enhancements quickly.

We have a very complex set of business requirements for delivering different types of products ranging from food, non food, medicinal, high value and delicate items to customers in different delivery circles based on their preferred and available time windows. The tool helps the planning of those deliveries and keeping track of their actual delivery timings very professionally.
