Great product, poor technical support and technical resolution
What do you like best about the product?
Great product and features. Helped us streamline the hub processes and create good plans for riders to follow
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical support and technical resolution. Extremely slow technical resolutions given by the tech team to burning issues of our business. TAT was extremely high and the data presented to our stakeholders suffered because of it for an entire quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating plans for riders to take care of the last mile delivery procedure. Making good and concise driving routes to ensure timely deliveries.

A simpler feature needs to be provided when the delivery team completes delivery tasks through the app

Auto Sorting in the Last Mile: Enhancing Speed, Accuracy, and Scalability
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about auto sorting in last-mile operations is how it reduces manual errors and accelerates the parcel flow, leading to faster deliveries and better customer satisfaction. It brings consistency to operations, improves resource utilization, and supports better scalability during high-demand periods—especially crucial in e-commerce-driven markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
As there is no issue in the software but sometime some of the shipments false in wrong routes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locus is helping us address key operational challenges by ensuring that each shipment is mapped to the most optimal delivery route. This not only enhances route efficiency but also contributes to timely deliveries and improved resource utilization.
Additionally, with the integration of auto sorting, the overall sorting time has been reduced by approximately 15 to 20 minutes per cycle. This significantly streamlines last-mile operations, minimizes manual intervention, and allows for quicker dispatches.
Overall, Locus is playing a crucial role in driving operational excellence by improving accuracy, reducing turnaround time, and enhancing delivery performance.

Locus doesn't rest on their laurels. They regularly release updates and new features based on client feedback.

While the customer support team demonstrates commendable responsiveness via email , the establishment of a dedicated point of contact would significantly enhance operational efficiency and streamline our communication processes. This way our whole team could access and be aware of all the features provided by the Locus team.

What do you like best about the product?
We have collaborated with Locus for a while now, and it has been a fantastic experience. The solutions they have provided for our LMD and POD Management have not only improved our operational efficiency & Visibility but have also enabled us to solve complex challenges in a way that was previously unattainable.
Locus as a platform is user friendly, which makes it easy for our team to adopt and integrate into our existing workflows. We have seen measurable improvements in day-to-day operations and productivity.

One area that could use improvement is response time. Faster turnaround, especially for time sensitive issue would really elevate the overall experience.

Cutting short the time planner requires for route planning , intelligent input that helps us in getting the most efficient routes planned.

What do you like best about the product?
Locus's UI & UX is clearly one of the best in the market, the flexibility it offers in incorporating new solutions is commendable too. But the most important thing is the support you get from the team especially the CSM, TAM are always available.

What do you dislike about the product?
Locus does not take a 'no' for an answer, they work closely with us trying to solve our business problems as one of their own however complicated it is. They don't only build solutions which suits all the clients globally but they invest time in building solutions for specific business use cases which might be limited to a single client only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locus is helping us streamline multi-trip routing and tracking for deliveries executed via Light Commercial Vehicles. Their platform has enabled capabilities such as multi-trip creation, route and geo-restrictions, priority-based sequencing, and live tracking—significantly enhancing both customer satisfaction and the on-ground experience for our delivery heroes.
