What do you like best about the product?
its seamless and Realtime visibility at all ends
What do you dislike about the product?
being too bureaucratic and sometime difficult to work as there is lot of invisible communication gaps created - senior and middle management team aren't available for listening to client issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locus is solving problem of tertiary transportation for Birla Opus - its benefitting Birla Opus for handling downstream operations efficiently

Locus helped us streamline operations and give an accurate view of our hyperlocal deliveries. Dashboard is easy to learn and quite informative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration had few hiccups. Locus Rider app needs to be less battery consuming.

The Integration and Support Team is great and easy to use UI and Functionality.

Some setting are not accessible to the users like setting the Checklist.
