A go to platform for logistics optimization
What do you like best about the product?
- The simplicity and the flow of the dispatcher
- The interface is clean and insights panel is well thought through
- Very easy to use the live view and get high level metrics on a glance
- Fast and organized support channel
- Weekly meetings to understand and resolve any pending issue

What do you dislike about the product?
- The admin should have rights to modify the delivery after it is marked by the driver
- The LOTR app should be more flexible to the client's needs

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for our last mile delivery optimization. We find immense value in getting route made after considering multiple factors. Also, it's easy for the driver to navigate and complete the deliveries digitally via LOTR App. So, it has organized and made our deliveries more efficient.
A helpful tool for your fleet and route optimization
What do you like best about the product?
Locus Dispatcher really helps to optimize the fleet and consequently the operational cost when the market is becoming more dynamic and highly demanding in terms of service level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are cases where orders are left unallocated although there seems to be very few breaches and vehicle utilization is not yet maximize.
Though the clustering is working really well, sequencing of orders is still something that can be further enhanced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Locus Dispatcher to help planning the delivery routes for our Distributors.
It is actually helping them in dealing with dynamic demand, where orders might come from anywhere, on any day, rather than with a fixed and predictable calendar.
In most cases, we can witness the reduction in traveling distance, and in several cases, we also enjoy the saving in the number of vehicles.

No manual segregation of loads. Data storage and user engagement.

I would recommend Locus to those who would like to spend less time on route optimization, track-n-trace, real time visibility and engage better with the users.
