What do you like best about the product?
It's a fairly intuitive product that is easy to use. Most importantly it helps members from our company sign off on important documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have used this for a few months and we have had any major issues. So no complaints thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping us streamline our approval process for documents that needs sign offs.

SignOnTheGo Allows you to negotiate and optimize signatures !!

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of our main electronic signature platforms, which allows us to negotiate, sign and send electronic documents in real time. You can quickly manage the tasks of each team with the ease of choosing if the group needs to edit, approve and sign, in case of only approving you will receive only one copy of the signed document. It is easy to implement the existing templates available in the application, with which you only need to modify the terms as necessary and later send, in turn, the process of customizing fields such as text, signature, date and more is very fast. It provides opportunities for staff both inside and outside the company as they can sign and send documents from anywhere in the world using their smartphone, computer or tablet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The start menu can be a bit late compared to other tools of its kind, but this feature is supported by powerful functionalities that make this negative aspect simple and not very noticeable, since it allows us to concentrate on what we really need , taking into account that this can be solved with just a simple wait and then continue managing the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very reliable and secure platform, when using it you get the guarantee of having advanced security through a protocol of trust and storage of document data, using blockchain technology for all documents. Now we have the ease of handling electronic signatures that allows you to negotiate, sign and send electronic documents with total confidence. We can send or edit highly customizable documents in a short time, either edit text, signature, date and send it with total validity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a powerful electronic signature platform that uses blockchain as an additional layer of security for all documents, in turn allows users to edit, digitally sign and send electronic documents with total validity to any desired destination. It has a fully trained workflow and modifying terms and conditions to achieve quick and easy contract negotiation. This layer provides verification for signed documents. In general, it has extensive digital functionalities to manage the signing of documents at any time that is necessary since it has a mobile support and a support for desktop or laptop computers.

Already getting a return on investment after just a few months!

What do you like best about the product?
In my line of work, I spend a lot of time on the road at different project sites. Prior to going digital, if a contract came in, I would have to stop what I was doing and find a local Staples or Office Depot so I could print, sign and then scan and email back. Most times, I would have to wait to get back to my office and take care of it later, which is usually the LAST thing I want to do after a long day in the field. Since using SignOnTheGo, I am able to do everything from my phone. It has saved me time, money and I am able to complete a contract turnaround in a matter of hours. I like that I am able to completely customize my contracts and choose what fields my clients need to complete or edit. This has eliminated so much confusion for my customers and best of all, no missed fields mean not having to re-do the agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only two things I think would make SignOnTheGo a little better:
1. I wish there was a way to go back without having to re-do some parts of the document setup. Sometimes I'll forget to change a user role or realize I need to add an additional document and the only way to go back is to hit the browser back button - but then I have to start over. Thankfully, it doesn't take very long, it just would be nice to have.
2. I would love if some of the fields would remember certain information for future documents. Again - not a tremendous issue, just a little tool of convenience that would make it faster for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem SignOnTheGo has solved for my company is time management. My fastest contract turnaround time prior to SignOnTheGo was about 2 days, with an average of 3 to 4 days. Now I am able to get most of my agreements completed within 3 hours or less. I don't have to chase down customers, I don't have to juggle schedules or try to find where the nearest Staples is to get a contract returned to a client. I can conduct business while out in the field and not have to wait until when I return to my office in the evenings when most people are not responding to questions or issues that may exist with the service agreements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are using a different e-signature service, you really need to check out SignOnTheGo. It is super easy to use, super easy to implement and so affordable! The customer service is unbelievable and their people actually offered to come to my office and help with one to one training for any of our staff members if need be. You will not regret switching or signing up with SignOnTheGo. I would absolutely encourage everyone to use them.

Good app for online signing

What do you like best about the product?
I own my own practice so I’m always looking for ways to maximize my time. SignOnTheGo has streamlined by client intake process, which has helped me be more competitive with some of the larger firms in my area. My potential clients are able to complete our preliminary agreements and questionnaires without having to come to the office, which makes my relationship more efficient with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few issues with notifications from the application going to the spam folder, and my clients could not find them in their inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the key issue was being able to get the most out of my time with my busy schedule. SignOnTheGo streamlined my whole client intake process, which allows me to be more productive.

The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly. My clients used it with ease.

Time-saving aplication

What do you like best about the product?
In my work the most important thing is not to lose the customer, that's why the most valuable thing for me in the SignOnTheGo application is that I can send documents to the client electronically for signing. Using the templates, I am able to quickly prepare the document and close the deal during a single phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I do not have anything that I dislike about the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a constricted office space, so I was trying to find a way to digitize my process and eliminate some of the storage issues that we have. SignOnTheGo allows you to keep the documents in archive so they are digitally stored for as long as I need them to be. I am also happy that I have decreased the amount of time it takes to get my documents back from my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The application has certainly accelerated my work and allowed me to save on travel costs to the client, so I recommend it to everyone who has a lot of paperwork.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely, the negotiation process, because it allows you to make changes directly in the document in real time. Sometimes my customers want to add some additional information or deadlines for different stages of the project and SignOnTheGo allows us to discuss them in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, the application was very easy to use, but some of my clients asked me for a tutorial when using this tool for the first time and I think there might be more hints in the application itself about the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignOnTheGo really made my contract management process more bearable. I am able to do everything right in the application itself.

The aplication that makes transaction easier

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that my customers can make corrections to the contracts without having to restart the entire application. It saves so much time. Before, if I sent a document to my clients and there was a correction that needed to be made, they would email me, and I would have to get back to my computer to make the changes and then resend the document for them to sign. With SignOnTheGo, clients can add changes directly in the document, and all I am able to approve the changes right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suffer from myopia and, unfortunately, for me, the icons in the application are very small. If there was an improvement that I could recommend, it's definitely the main menu, which has very small icons. When I was learning the application, I had to almost stick my nose to the monitor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I wrote above, the application helped me to save time, but also money. In my branch of business, there are really lots of documents to sign, and with switching to e-signature I saved quite amounts on paper and toner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to save time, this is definitely for you. Also, many of my customers appreciated electronic document workflow because it meant the deal could be closed faster and they didn’t have to drive to my office.

Great application for business purposes

What do you like best about the product?
Working with brand ambassadors requires signing contracts with people from around the world. Before SignOnTheGo, each exchange in the document was negotiated via email. Then you will receive the contract, sign it, scan it and send it back. What I liked the most about SignOnTheGo was that the documents can be edited in the application. If any of the parties wants to change something, you can do it directly in the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a little lost in the selection of templates, because there is a lot o them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application significantly speeds up the document flow. Often due to time differences, negotiations on contracts could last up to a week, because when we leave the office, our contractors started the day. Thanks to the application, this time has been cut by half. Also in the case of contracts concluded locally, I did not have to pay for the postage to sign quickly important documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The application is a great example of how technology can simplify someone's life and work. Also, it eliminates the use of paper, toner, and postage so they are economical and eco-friendly too.

What do you like best about the product?
This app is fairly new (8 months, I believe). It has great potential. I like the editing feature that my clients can use for when I send documents to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some more improvements in the user experience. A lot of capabilities or features are hidden. I hope they clean it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have access to all things we need to process agreements electronically, at a much more affordable cost.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this app to other businesses like ours. They save us time and money. They are not expensive, yet, the provide a good product. I know it will get better.
