Absolutely Horrible Experience

What do you like best about the product?
There isn't really anything that sets them apart from any competitor except the fact that they try to strong arm you into paying 15 to 20 times the going rate for similar QR code providers offering exactly the same set of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an absolutely horrible experience. Customer support ONLY reaches out to you to try and force you into a USD 3,000 upsell. Which is completely ridiculous as they have 0 integrations (not even with Slack?). I feel nothing short of being scammed into using this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a QR code generator. It does not solve any problems. It is just a QR code generator like any other QR code generator but at 20 to 30 times the price.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly straight forward UI and a clean platform for implementation. Flowcode provides quick and effective support, especially for the high-usage times and events. The Flowcode team has a strong willingness to collaborate and innovate on new ideas and opportunities for integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The development process for specific customizations/features outisde of the main QR elements can be tedious or inflexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information organization and presentation, specifically with landing page builds at events and QR generators. The quick and easy creation process helps our team save time and the clean UX enhances our external brand awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy FlowCodes online profie and QR Code making technolgy. It's very user friendly. I also appericate that our Account Manager is really responsive. She always gets back to us within a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish we could intrgrate FlowCode into our systems instead using another piece of software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FlowCode is solving for modernizing quoting auto and home insurance by making the process easier for consumers to get auto insurance on their own time.

What do you like best about the product?
Difficult to say... I just spent a few hundred dollars with them and it doesn't look like they have any convenient support. No live chat, no phone number, just email.
What do you dislike about the product?
No easy support access. doesn't seem like they have made an effort to service their customers well judging by most of my post payment review searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hasn't solved any problems for me yet - in fact its caused more

What do you like best about the product?
A good code generator (SV output a plus) with good reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
My client was asking for certain capabilities from codes our usual service didn't have. I tried out Flowcode and found most of what I was looking for at an intro level. I spoke to no less than 3 people in their sales and tech group regarding the needs. They knew I was an agency servicing a client, and they walked me through paying more for a Pro Plus service to get the capapbilities.

Now I receive an email telling me I am in violation of their T&C because any agency below their Enterprise level (upwards of $30,000 ya'll) is NOT allowed to "resell" their codes. Wha? I run a small shop. I don't charge my clients for codes. It's part of what we do. Even if I did I couldn't breakeven on an Enterprise fee ever.

But the worst part is the bait and switch. Speaking to techs and sales on the phone, for long stretches. At any time someone could have said "agencies need to top tier to use this service for their clients." No one ever did. BUT they did take my $476 for Pro Plus which is now worthless. (I am demanding a refund.)

So if you're a big-arse agency or corp with money to blow, they you'll get decent code capability and tracking. But if you're anyone else, plenty of affordable same capability providers elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The account team is competent and knowledgable. We had to build new workflows and they shared best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of a single reason not to use them - they are the gold standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We add UTM's to our flowcodes so we see GA4 data/clicks/attribution from print, OTT/CTV, outdoor activations now.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things I like about Flowcode is that you are able to upload one code at a time or multiple by using the bulk upload feature.

This saves me so much time. I also love the ways you can design your flowcode.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using flowcode would probably be the search functionality. I find myself needing to open every folder I have in order to search for a specific code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be able to utilize QR codes with any links that may benefit us from marketing, aids with word-of-mouth, and makes it super easy to track how many people have scanned the code.

What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic codes are easy to create. The fact we can add text above and below the actual code, plus we can choose file type for download is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
More than once the site has had issues, most recently all code analytics were gone. Submitted a request for support via their email system. Have yet to hear back. Data reappeared the next day. We are using their Pro plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create and track, most of the time, when the site is providing our stats.

What do you like best about the product?
The flow pages were a game changer for us, we use them across multiple marketing levers, and the customization is SO easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics dash is not the most intuitive.

We are able to meet our consumers where they are through QR codes. It's on our packaging!

What do you like best about the product?
With Flowcode and its robust analytic tools, I can see where, when and who is engaging with OOH marketing campaigns, gathering valuable real-time customer insights. Flowcode also enables me to distribute and update media seamlessly with their easy-to-use web platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having worked with Flowcode on projects large and small, I can say there is nothing to dislike about working with this top-notch team of professionals.

Tracking OOH marketing and training participant engagement with analytics. Distribution of key digital materials with Flowpages. Providing a high end branded touch point for our customers and learning audience.
