A contact center solution that provides great experience and good benefits
What do you like best about the product?
I like this platform, it's excellent, and I love that everything is in one place and its features are easy for our team and me. I like our support center because it provides a good experience. I like that it allows for automatic creation and that it is a flexible platform, and the updates are significant.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had a problem, I would mention it. But for now, everything is going very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I liked it because it eliminated a lot of administrative work, solved our reliability problems, and reduced our talk time. It is an excellent contact center solution that is improving every day and giving good results.
An easy to use tool with a good user interface for conferencing and screen sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is very simple to use and I can trace calls and connect with VoIP. I love the user interface and its great availability at any time. Call quality and screen sharing are also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are interruptions in conferences or screen sharing. But I think due to bad Internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works great for communication and calling and distribuition in the call center and to improve communication in our customer service department and provide information easily.
Easy to use reliable tool and good user experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool. It is easy to use and works very well. Because it is designed for a call center in a very good telephony environment, I like that it works for accessible hands-free communication, and the performance and quality are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit annoying in the transfer function. It can be somewhat slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made our work easier because it gave good communication benefits between the members, distributed our calls in the call center, and solved our problems.
Easy and intuitive communication tool of high quality and good support
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is very good for high-performance communication and good efficiency. I like that it allows me to share screens and conferences easily, and the support is friendly and solves problems.

It works great, and there are no issues affecting us so far.

Since it has been implemented, it can improve communication during calls for our clients and meetings between our company, which is very convenient.
A reliable and easy to use system for queuing calls with clarity and quality
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the calls work very well, it is easy to communicate in the contact centre, and the support always gives us good answers to solve problems. In addition, this telephone system is very flexible and unique compared to the competition, which usually brings issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not noticed any bugs affecting the platform's operation. Only small details and doubts at the beginning and the support helped us.

It is being used to communicate efficiently for call centres. Eliminating phones in our offices and seeing the benefits.
A communication application with a well-designed interface for good performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface and the ease of use because of its user interface which is flexible and intuitive. I like that it is very easy for incoming and outgoing calls. You can easily see the reporting history and have multiple channels in real-time.

There's no reason to say I don't like it. This software has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our company to solve many problems because we can easily communicate and maintain close relationships with our clients and also hold meetings for new projects.

Its a really valuable software. I really enjoy that and it has a lot of functions and features. It provide me easiness in my professional work and I really enjoy to work with.

nothing to dislike . As I already said it very amazing software to use and it has a lot of features and functions that are are unbelievable and very helpful for every bussiness.

Webex contact center solves a lot of my problems by it's AI power assistance, end-to-end experience and management, initiative agent experience, and customizable platform.
Easy to manage and make changes to the flow and control CC aspect
What do you like best about the product?
Love working with the flow that is easy to make changes, copy, save and export!! It just makes my job as an admin or designer amazing. setting up the routing strategies is very flexibale and easy to manage. no overhead as much

Reporting can be made easier. The lines connecting the nodes in the flow can be made more flexible

They are planning on producing a better reporting platform (Can't wait to see it and use it)

What do you like best about the product?
Other than saying it's a cloud solution it doens't stack up against other cloud contact centers or CCX and CCE
What do you dislike about the product?
Analyzer is difficult to use, not intuitive, and there are many report discrepancies. No WebRTC client for the agent. the overall administration UI is not friendly and no supervisor desktop is a necessity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many except being a cloud solution
Great platform to work with
What do you like best about the product?
Spinning up a contact centre with WXCC is very fast. I perform a lot of customer demonstrations on our tenant, and it is incredibly fast and easy to customise the demo to meet specific customer requirements. Also, like the speed at which new features are being released all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a great fan of Webex Experience Manager. The admin interface is not the most intuitive although I believe that this is being addressed in the next release which is expected quite soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our clients, WXCC provides a highly scalable, feature-rich, omnichannel contact centre that is intuitive and easy to use and maintain without the need for coding or scripting skills.
