Easy-to-Use Form Tool That Maintains Our Corporate Image
What do you like best about the product?
It's a form tool that we use a lot as is very easy to use for everybody and helps us mantain our corporative image.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we can not do everything we would like to do, but we try to look online ways to acheve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eventhough we use Microsoft tools, Typeform helps us go further than Forms.
Effortless Team Collaboration and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to navigate and includes all the features I need to work efficiently with my team. I like that I can organize everything into different projects—it really helps me stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently nothing that I would dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To evaluate different areas within my department, check whether my team has understood important updates, and measure the NPS score.
Easy to Use and Reliable, But Pricey

it's easy to use, connectivity is very good

it's expensive, and pricing is not the ideal.

questionnaire distribution, and I can extract the answers in excel

What I like best about Typeform is how intuitive and visually appealing it is. It turns forms and surveys into engaging conversations, making the experience feel more personal and less like filling out a boring questionnaire

What I dislike about Typeform is that some of its most useful features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping me collect information in a way that feels human and interactive. It makes data collection smoother and more enjoyable for respondents, which means I get higher response rates and better-quality insights. I use it for different purposes like research studies, lead capture, HR processes, and various online forms — it’s super versatile and easy to adapt to any need.
Flexible Reporting and Seamless Integration, Setup Could Be Smoother

Simple and flexible, especially in reporting. Integrates well with our existing platforms.

Setting up logic and scoring could be a bit easier.

Integrates with our learning management system on our website and allows us to do fully-featured surveys through email and internally

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate Typeform's ease of use and intuitive interface, which makes the setup process straightforward and simplifies navigating the backend when creating forms. The ability to customize forms extensively is one of my favorite features, allowing me to tailor them to capture a wide range of information and align them perfectly with our brand needs. Typeform's versatility in form customization stands out, especially with the option to work through various custom attributes and branding options, allowing us to maintain our brand's identity seamlessly. The range of forms and the adaptability in branding are aspects I find especially compelling. Additionally, I like how we can use Typeform to capture detailed information from our event attendees and integrate it into reports or other systems, significantly benefiting our workflows and enhancing our event management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some level of integration with AI could be interesting to explore. A way to speed up how you create forms or having AI support you in suggesting what type of information to capture next or what information could be missing. Almost like a review AI tool to add to the form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Typeform intuitive and customizable, streamlining data collection and form creation while aligning with our branding, making it indispensable for event attendee information and survey reporting.

The UI needs a bit of updating, but its not a big deal, love Typeform!

We work with several referral partners, and this platform provides a centralized and organized method for us to receive leads.
Unlimited Questions, But Limited Free Responses
What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited questions for free and a variety of questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only recieve a certain amount of responses for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unlimited questions for free, other sites don't offer that.
Easy to Use, Adds a Competitive Edge Even for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
I am still learning it but I love how it really allows me to add an edge to my business with quizzes and tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I am not tech savvy so Im still learning but I do like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me understand about my clients and potential customers.
Beautiful, Engaging Forms—but User Limits Hold It Back
What do you like best about the product?
It makes forms more beautiful and engaging for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits are too low, makes it a disincentive to gather feedback from too many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run an online education company and try to have an loop where customers give us feedback and we iteratively improve our product. We used Google Forms before but we didn't get a lot of students filling it in. Typeform allowed us to make the form appear more like another educational lesson, so the customers actually watch it and we "sneak" in the parts about them giving us feedback.
