Easy way to build surveys
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clean and aesthetic this platform is. It's very intuitive and easy to implement and share. It has integrations with slack and google which is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it does not save the survey if you exit it. It should be able to save and continue where you left off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes slack surveys is not fully accurate and does not populate my looker dashboard. Having Typeform helps migrate all this information quicker
Muli-functional survey tool which helps my team with a variety of projects
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, aesthetic, functional. It allows for suitable levels of customization and is not so technically challenging like a lot of other survey tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, really. It is quite easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that I can design the form page and make the design more adaptable as per the theme the form is based on.

Nothing so far. Everything seems good while working on it.

So I have embedded the Typeform in my Linktree profile to collect the enquiry from anyone who would like to invite me for the keynote sessions. So it is helpful to me in that.

I like the design and how you embed it to a website, it's modern and easy to use.

I appreciated the design. I've used it for a business questionnaire to get leads for a recruitment agency. The way you can transformed the template was easy and great.

Typeform is a great way to make forms that easiyl fit into your brand's identity, website, and also allow a smooth process for the respondent.

It can be a bit limiting and sometimes not as user friendly to navigate to the next/previous question via mobile.

Great Application for Niche Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to create a form to give to municipal workers on their thoughts about a training program I created, and it gives me great feedback on what to improve upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version does the job, but my company will not pay for a plan due to cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feedback portion of trainings. Attendees do not want to say it face-to-face so this gives them a way to voice their opinion without having direct contact.
Great product, lots of options
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a wide range of options whether you use the paid version or not, but it also looks nice and isn't an eyesore like other free options. The fact that you can brand it (at a cost) is brilliant, but nevertheless it offers an aesthetically pleasing free platform to gather client information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The paid version is a little bit much for a business of my size. As a business in an inbetween stage, where I have clients but not yet enough to need to use typeform regularly enough to justify the paid cost - if there was an inbetween where I could still access 1 or 2 of the full paid features for a lower cost that would be brilliant for a growing business that has to watch costs.

To retrieve initial client project information, background info on their businesses and the help they're looking for.
