Perfect for e-Learning
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform offers us unparalleled design and branding functionality compared to all other form builders. The logic functionality is intuitive and allows us to create visually stunning e-learning content that is more interactive and engaging than other services. Support is generally excellent, and the community is a great resource. I use Typeform most days in my role, and it has been easily integrated into our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like more functionality around form creation based on existing forms. For example, it would be helpful for us to save 'blocks' within our existing forms as templates to be used in other forms. It would also be helpful to organise folders, as the Dashboard can be quite busy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to create visually-appealing interactive e-Learning content that draws information and insights from the learner. Typeform facilitates this two-way learning more than any other service.

What do you dislike about the product?
Edit Submitted Responses: Typeform lacks a feature for editing previously submitted responses, which can be a significant limitation in certain industries. Enabling form owners or workspace admins to correct or update answers (via a re-submit response option) could enhance its utility, especially for supervisory roles.
Layout Limitation: While Typeform offers well-thought-out layouts for desktop and mobile devices, it currently lacks the option to present all questions in a single view (something similar to Google forms, in a vertical way using scroll up and down), which may be preferred by some creators for specific use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is one of the best survey solutions I have used. It has so many interactive forms and features that ease at collection of data. I can customize the design and integrate it with various software to collect my responses. I work in a multi-specialty hospital as a Hospital Manager and patient welfare is our top priority. We maintain all the checks to do it and to update our system management and qualities we need to ensure that most of the patients and their families give us or share genuine feedback to bring improvement to our hospitals and Typeform has made it so easy for us to send those surveys just into their fingertips less than a minute we get maximum responses and there is no extra baggage of compilation of data. Typeform collects complies and evaluates too. it's a great survey tool that can be used in any organization to improve their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not found anything to dislike about this platform it's of great use to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is giving me genuine responses from the patients in their families we are also collecting data from the market new consumers also share their desired requirements in a medical facility. Internally we always conduct surveys unanimously to improve our work culture medical centres and hospitals a very responsible jobs and through these surveys, we make sure that there are zero errors in work and processes. By getting it done Typeform has helped us in a very effective way and it has saved so much time and resources as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is an indispensable tool in our business, it offers a lot of flexibility when creating forms and we use them for various applications. Whether it's enrollment or application forms, or session review surveys for our conference, Typeform empowers us with a user-friendly and very intuitive platform that has let us customize and design literally everything we need.
The connection with Google Sheets and Zapier works seamlessly and we use it to move over automatically all the responses to a Google Sheet or our CRM.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our only regret was when they decided to discontinue the Chat Form creation feature. It was a very unique way for our clients to communicate and answer all their questions with us without the need for human-touch but in a very customized way. That feature enhanced our user experience on our website and allowed us to have real-time interactions and reduced the response time for client inquiries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform solves several problems for our business. It simplifies the process of data collection, it has a great user experience that makes the process more enjoyable for our clients, it has great data analysis and reporting features, and it has reduced significantly the time and resources we require to manage forms and surveys

What do you like best about the product?
It is a product with no barriers to entry, very intuitive to build forms that are integrable with other digital services. They respond quickly and are constantly updating the benefits of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The metrics inside the form are enabled in its most expensive version, that is its only limitation. It makes this feature unreachable for a Latin American startup.

We developed a form to request a free feasibility analysis that defines the potential of a property as land for real estate development in the City of Buenos Aires. The tool allows us to enter the leads from the form to our CRM where our analysts capture and follow up on them.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform offers an easy interface that allows you to quickly build an on-brand lead generation tool and embed or distribute anywhere. The logic and scoring capabilities have made it indispensable for the growth of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing tiers are a bit high. I'd prefer if a custom url was included at my pricing tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Typeform to gain information about my audience, add them to my email list, segment them, and build my authority. I Also use it to gather information about problems they are having, create a database of those problems and integrate with Slack to inform me that they need help. Lastly, I help set up clients with Typeform quizzes for lead generation as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We been using Typeform for the past 3 years on multiple projects and the reason has always been the simplicity in setting up forms and surveys based on our needs or targets. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM, simplifying data management & collection. Exporting data to applications like Google Sheets is a breeze. Plus, the platform excels in personalization – it's easy to create visually appealing forms based on our branding
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be awesome if Typeform could support more scheduling tools other than Calendly

Before using Typeform it was really difficult and time-consuming for us to create forms & surveys based on our needs. Typeform enabled us to create multiple types of forms and surveys in a straightforward way based on our targets, from collecting feedback from our beta testers to getting contact details & calls scheduled from potential leads

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is really what makes the difference. On multiple occasions, they were able to solve more conplex questions which required understading a form's content, and address my concerns on multiple levels. Also, they are super start-up oriented, helping in any way you can to grow your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the Meta Pixel integration is only available on the pricier plans

It helps me at all steps of my business: from lead capture to interactice forms throughout the customer journey all the way to reflection and feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the product and I love the people behind the product. It is because of them that I think of surveys differently; that my forms are more personalized and personable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love for it be easier to send out test versions of my surveys; there are several instances in which I need to show people examples of the types of forms I've created but it's tedious to unpublish/republish forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me have asynchronous convos with my clients, audiences, and subscribers, while also learning from them, as I ask poignant questions.
