Great way to capture user data
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform saves our team a lot of development efforts. In many cases, we don't need to develop a part of the user-interaction flow and can just substitute it with a 5-minutes-to-build form! For a startup it's huge!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to dislike. I personally like a lot how it looks and feels!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing data from customers. Anything from quick feedback to webinar signups to new feature requests.
Elegant way for a survey
What do you like best about the product?
With Typeform, you can create seamless and beautiful Surveys and questionnaires which is highly customisable and also the inputs process can the very engaging present and fun for the user
What do you dislike about the product?
The paywall blocks many features and needs to be unlocked also, when building long and lengthy surveys or questionnaire the interface can be seen lagging way too much
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating innovative and logic-based forms can be easily created and also the forms are very engaging which results in good input numbers also it has great integrations.

Facilitates consumer surveys, internal management, and personalizations for every case. This allows us to deploy in less time and be agile.
Over delivers and delights
What do you like best about the product?
Nice-looking templates and very easy to design my own forms. I also loved the way the pricing only increased as I reached my response limits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could pause my account since I don't need forms on a consistent or ongoing basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to know who my potential clients are Typeform gave me a clean platform to survey them. The "feel" of the forms is a great fit for social media outreach to warm audiences.
Incredible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Guidance tools to gain platform knowledge are excellent and well put together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides - It is EPIC!!. Perhaps a template share of what surveys align with my requirements may be a value add as it will save me some time and effort.

Enabling me to gain insight from the end user on pertinent items that directly relate to their product journey
Easy to create, customise and track feedback forms
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful element of Typeform is the ease of integrating any forms with different software. If someone fills in a feedback form from us, I can have all/a selection of questions automatically sent to my email, to my private Slack, or to a group Slack. It's easy to setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the details you enter to set up feedback automation aren't visible, so once it's set up, if I were to revisit that automation, it wouldn't be clear for instance which Slack channel it's going to. It's also in a completely different place to change automations that are sent to email vs those sent to other integrated products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my colleagues to all have access to create/amend/share feedback forms on a range of topics, and to choose automations involving the person filling the form or people responsible for tracking it.
Knowing the opinion of your customers has never been so easy using this tool
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to collect information in a more organized and even more stylish way. Users feel more susceptible to answering questions, I believe that because the templates are more user-friendly. The platform is simple and easy to choose templates and configure your way. The available integrations are attractive and work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some problems integrating at the beginning, and the support team was instrumental in getting the tool up and running. Pages take a long time to load from time to time. The free plan is very limited, making it almost mandatory to choose a paid plan.

It helped a lot to understand our customers a little better, given that often direct communication becomes a little invasive or even a little boring. Typeform allowed us to get to know our customers a little better

The practical size of getting receipts and requests for payment reimbursement inside my company. Also, I believe this is something really fast and don't need to wat time with documentation.

Best tool to understand my clients and future clients
What do you like best about the product?
The Typeform interface is easy to use and the forms look great on all devices. My client's perception is trust and professionalism.

It's an expensive tool. Apart from that, does my inexperience to use the tool count?
