How to get more responses from the customers and how to translate it into actionable data.
Very effective, versatile and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for an easy-to-use tool for a product recommendation system. Since our products have many variables, the form needed the "if.../then..." structure and Typeform has it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no support for Brazilian Portuguese, but it wasn't necessarily a problem, since we can rewrite the words inside the buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using the Typeform as a Product Recommendation Tool, with more than ten outputs, and it works well.

It's versatile and easy to use, this tool has more purposes than it seems.

I like everything, which is why I chose it.

I am able to ask my clients questions with logic and my brand aesthetic. There are also great integrations to automate data entry.

Great for capturing leads and professionally asking follow up questions via survey.

What do you like best about the product?
The creative pictures in the background makes it so amazing and unique, I've never seen a survey form like this before. It's so captivating and I love how for every question the pictures are completely related to the subject.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike, everything worked properly as for the last time I used it. As I have another job, I have less time available. But in my next free time, I would like to use it more for my marketing solo campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I haven't started using it in full just yet because of time, but I'm sure I'll have great results with it, since it's the only survey form that has these features.
Beautiful but Impractical

The template aesthetics are modern and creative.

How tedious it is to set up a survey, way too time consuming.

Great tool with long history
What do you like best about the product?
I like the new version of questions editor and approach to the questions. Typeform was the trendsetter for the modern forms since the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logic jump structure could be cumbersome. Sometimes you need to have few questions on the same page or block the scroll and you just can't. The script size and image loading for backgrounds is a bit unoptimizable.

Simple questionnaire with logic — leadgeneration, simplification with the website.
Typeform is for people who thinks UI matters most.
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is for people who doesnt like old interfaces of Google forms or Surveymonkey. Designing a form, application, using the form they are all so comfortable and streamlined. It is one of the most clearly coded web applications you barely need extra help. No learning curve is required. Question types are great to choose from and data is available in the cloud or any external solutions (lots of integrations available) The best part is they supported communities and projects in the COVID pandemic with unlimited plans. Our team has used it for creating an academic article on COVID 19 perceptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no test mode. It would be great to have a test mode where you can put some time constraints and features like grading. Also new type of questions would be welcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We created a big poll for times of COVID 19 pandemic and invited over 40k academics from Turkey. Massive crowd comfortably used the interface and uptime was perfect.

Typeform is wonderful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to build visually beautiful surveys. I also love how simple it is to integrate Typeform surveys with Zapier for my automation needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how I am limited to only showing one question at a time.

We are getting feedback from our many different teams on the weekend and are using it to capture department request forms.
