simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use the AI builder and get set up for our event. Took Less than 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit pricey and it doesn't have many customization options when it comes to the look of the form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've needed to collect information quickly for last minute events from a few separate entities and Typeform was the best and quickest way to get the information i needed fast because its easy for me to set up for my data collection needs so more people fill out my forms because its simple for them.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a ton of different options available in Typeform to ensure your needs are always met. It's a simple process to create forms and surveys, and it's simple for my clients to use - which is a huge plus for me. I work with extremely busy clients who appreciate the simplicity of the application. I use Typeform every day for taking client applications, checking on client progress, and collecting client testimonies. I've used it for program waitlists, event registrations, the list goes on! I recommend Typeform to all of my colleagues and fellow business owners because of it's wide variety of applications/uses and the wonderful user-experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Typeform! I wish it was easier to use from my phone for when I need to make quick edits, but I understand the reason the experience is best on a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is a single application I can use for so many different functions, with everything stored in one place. I use it for client applications, client check ins, collecting client testimonials, event registrations, program waitlists, etc. There's so much versatility to ensure no matter what you're needing, Typeform can make it a reality.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is user friendly and has a customizable templates and interactive features with many popular tools such as google shee tmailchimp and salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
typeform is costly and has limited customization option and dependence on internet connection with limited offline capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it help in streamlining data collection, also in automating work flow because of its popular tools by increasing user experience. it is benefit to me it increase my efficiency and improve accuracy
User friendly tool for light weight surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is beautifully designed and user friendly from the perspective of the person taking the survey as well as the person who owns the form. I love the integrations - we have Typeform send us emails with results and ping our Slack channel for some of our more important surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Typeform won't replace something like Qualtrics, if you need advanced logic and question types. That said, Typeform is so easy to adopt and use. We are very happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform to collect feedback from our users directly within our app, making it quick and effortless for them to share their thoughts in the moment. This helps us capture higher-quality, more relevant insights because the experience is smooth, engaging, and fits naturally into their workflow. As a result, we can identify trends, address issues faster, and continuously improve our product based on real user input—without adding friction to the user experience.
It was very helpful and allowed me to be more effective with my work and achieve more productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the dropdowns are updated when a new email is created and replicates existing forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like there is a 14 day trial period, but feel it should be extended to a full 30 days to truly create the business case to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating better consistency and processes that are replicated that we don't currently have today.

Significantly Improved Intake Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easily the thing I like best about TypeForm is the aesthetic appearance. Even though it's just a wrapper for questions, for an intake form, it looks extremely professional. I like that it's customizable for our company's information and it's very user-friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I could point to one thing that I dislike about TypeForm. Had a really easy experience. I feel like it's easy to fill out and I like how easy it is to integrate with other software tools that we use. I legitimately cannot think of one thing that I do not like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform helps to screen for potential clients of mine to see if people qualify for working with our services and helps to narrow down what types of services they might be most interested and qualified for.

The integrations to other Apps, we use most the webhooks. Its easy to integrate into Wordpress so every body can do this. We use it very often for recruting for feedbacks and so on. Actual we try to implement a customer support form.

Sometimes Customer press enter to early but that's happens only sometimes

Basically a scam
What do you like best about the product?
I don’t like anything. Maybe if you don’t know how to use a computer this is a useful tool. But you’d have to be over 80.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is basically a scam. Poor dated product. The way they make money is by locking customers in year contracts and then making every effort to conceal that they are renewing in the background. And if you call them to cancel when you catch it, they will tell you they can’t do anything. Massive massive scam.

It’s a poor dated product. It’s not useful.
