What do you like best about the product?
I've used Typeform for over two years as a startup founder, and it remains one of the most dependable tools in our stack. We rely on it for everything from marketing surveys and NPS tracking to product usability studies. The setup is intuitive, the data outputs are easy to work with, and the integrations with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Google Sheets streamline our workflows. Highly recommend for teams that value clean UX and actionable insights.

We have not experienced any issues with Typeform nor are we missing any features.

love how clean and user-friendly the interface is. Typeform makes building interactive and engaging forms incredibly easy. It’s not just a tool—it creates a conversation-like experience that feels modern and personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features—like conditional logic or certain integrations—are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams or early-stage projects. Also, long forms can sometimes feel slow to load on mobile. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform is helping us gather high-quality feedback and insights in a way that’s both engaging and non-intrusive. Traditional forms often feel tedious to users, but Typeform’s conversational approach increases response rates and provides better data quality. It’s also solved issues with form abandonment by making the experience more fluid and user-focused.

What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is incredibly user friendly and has lots of support documents to help you navigate the settings. The support chat responds quickly and this is consistent for every time I have contacted them. Also great cost value!

There isn't anything that I have disliked while using the platform so far

We use Typeform monthly to collect NPS and CSAT scores, and it's been incredibly smooth and efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to build and launch surveys quickly. Our team especially appreciates how easy it is to export the results, which we use for further analysis in our internal reporting tools. Honestly, nothing comes to mind. We've had no negative experiences with Typeform so far. It's reliable, simple to use, and covers all our current needs without any hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using typeform in our business for about 3 years now. Super user friendly . Easy & sleek. system and our clients love the professional look of filling out their feedback forms and surveys each week. Wouldn’t switch to anything else.

When the app crashes which is rare. But we use type form so much that if we can see our turns we’re screwed

Lack of cross-tab reporting would be very handy for my colleagues.

Typeform is helping us engage with the single parents that our charity supports and also when engaging with colleagues and our peers. Simplicity of creation of surveys and the logic options makes the best use of time for us.
