Cache Responses till Submission is a feature which is clearly required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typeform provides a intuitive interface which many users like. The logic option is very simple. The picture select option is a great use. The team is very responsive to suggestions and try to incorporate the same at the earliest. The integration to Google sheets is awesome. The notifications set up is simple and easy. All in all a great tool to collect data efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it. Gives a great feel and professional look to your forms.
Perfect tool for startups
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility of Typeform and we use it for a bunch of different purposes. The ability to quickly whip up a form and test something out saves us loads of time. Integrations with other tools are really helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was possible to get a better understanding of where people drop off while filling in a form. I know it's possible through Google Analytics but tools to improve your forms within Typeform itself would be great.

In our start up we use Typeform for selections, quotation, feedback.
The tool is super intuitive both in structuring the form, modifying it and in analysing results.

It's not possible to make it work and integrate with companies technology system

Selection form for our collaborators, new service requests, feedback after service, survey for our collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy of use, the simple and clean design, the ease of setting up complex logic jumps and the fact that the surveys are mobile friendly and simple. Have been using for work since 2015 and have not been disappointed. I enjoy the ability to add images and videos to surveys, making them more interesting and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't automatically save. And there are issues with some of the UX. Also can't seem to preview the survey in a new tab on the browser. On the whole a good program though and would recommend.

Gaining knowledge of our customers, improving on-boarding process for new clients. Gained a greater understanding of website visitors on our sites.

There are a couple of UX features in new version that you could improve on.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s sexy. Sleek. Classy. Easy to use. Most importantly Typeform is the single most effective marketing tool that we use to attract and engage people in our funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven’t found anything I don’t like. I keep being blown away by its effectiveness.

I use it to help audiences assess their current Elite Producer status AND get them into my sales funnel.

Loading when embedded on a site turns out to be a problem, especially for mobile devices.

Easy to use. Didn't really have to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it looks would prefer a form rather than a set of questions that appear page by page, had to figure out that Enter or the hidden arrow is skip a question. Doesn't tell you which answer you missed

Preventing spam to an email box, organizing large numbers of entry. Looks more professional than google docs.

I really appreciate the easy way you can create a test or a survey.
This is a tool you must have in your business.

I don t really like that you can go back to the previous question so a user can correct the answer he gave before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I resolve how to collect mail trough a survey, that's a really nice way to do it and i use this tool for some learning test our consultants have to pass after seeing the lessons
Smoothes UI/UX there is for a contact form.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the strong conversion philosophy behind it. There is a very clear path und understanding of why a form should look like and what exactly it's doing. It's like the apple of forms, perfection into detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is quite high for small businesses. There is also the free version but its very distracting. It's sadly not an option if you are on a very tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The conversion rate is very high. I really liked that the integrations into third parties is very advanced. Also the events inside Google Analytics are very well setup. You can track every single question, because every question comes with an Google Analytics event already.
