Wonderful flowing forms!
What do you like best about the product?
It is super intuitive to use and doesn't take long to fully master how to best use it for marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I can think of here, apart from it would be great if other types of questions could be embedded within emails as opposed to a 1-10 answer scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's super easy to use and extremely user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the design of typeform. It makes research seems like a conversation, very easy to navegate! It's also very easy to build out forms since you can instantly preview everything that you're doing. We use it on a regular basis at my company, in many areas, not only at the research department.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few types of questions that had not been developed yet, such as checkbox grid or raking questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using typeform in a wide range of areas at my Company, from HR to Sales to Marketing Research. With typeform we can creat online reports and instatly share with our internal clients with almost no effort at all! It's great!
Great platform for survey creation
What do you like best about the product?
Typeform is continuously improving it's user experience, utilising more cutting edge thinking across it's survey platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of limitations when it comes to styling of copy and links that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly create complex surveys for our clients. I see the main benefit being it's simplicity and ease of use.

We love using Typeform for all kinds of things. It is a powerful tool and gives all kinds of options to get feedback and information from our members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm old -- sometimes I have to call the young people to make all the logic work -- but I love that it can do the tings I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Typeform to get names of golfers, to have dodgeball players sign waivers, to help mentees to select mentors, to evaluate events and trainings. I think our members like it -- it is always easy for them and we get good responses.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to give each question specific characteristics, also the intuitive flow to check results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to download the answers every time you need updated results.

Sending surveys throughout different countries and getting quick results of our user experience.
Versatile and Quick to pick up
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick and easy to make detailed, thorough and good-looking surveys

Forms are sometimes unstable and can crash on less capable mobile devices, losing all data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it a lot easier to collect detailed, in-depth responses while ensuring specific data points are captured, making the responses far easier to categorise and quantify.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An excellent quick fix for data collection. Customisable, easy to pick up and professional looking.

I love the interactivity you can program into the form. The way that you can tailor questions based on responses and personalize is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Typeform and having the emails go into Salesforce sometimes we lose some photos. We work around it but there should be a fix for that.

We use Typeform for internal quizzes, career application, and service/warranty requests.
One of the best platforms out there
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that so many departments in our company are using the paid version of this software. Typeform helps with Brand consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The odd bug - however generally gets resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quantifiable data. One of our recruitment forms is currently capturing large data across many cities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to read the instructions, advice, tips, templates. Once you manage to know the basics - creativity will start kicking in. You have so many options to incorporate high res images and videos. So many options to get more insight from the users answer choice. Logic jumps are my favourite as a non coding person the understanding of the logic jumps brings out creative, quirky responses/statements.
Great survey form overall, but one thing in particular could prevent frustration

Like the fact that the form looks so professional and is versatile for being able to ask a variety of questions and customize the feel
What do you dislike about the product?
So, I recently made a critical error that I feel could have been prevented with better alert on Typeform end. I just recently joined my organization and had only used Typeform twice before. I went to modify a form that needed unique branding different from our branding for a client. I went in to the design customization but did not see the message until it was too late "Editing these options will affect the other 175 forms that use this template" - and yes there are that many. It updated across the board and I wasn't sure the easiest way to change it back without having to re-do the form I had already spent the time re-branding. That message just did not stick out to me - it blended with the other settings. And doesn't make sense that editing the design on one form would impact all that were using the same template. Maybe to make 'universal' changes you could require users to make a new theme from the one they are using to prevent this? I tried to re-name the theme I needed different but nothing was easy after that mistake. And one of our other clients sent in the form with the custom branding so the mistake happened too fast and there was not even an option to quickly un-do it.

We are able to offer unique forms to a variety of customers and take the data from it and further segment it in our CRM.
