Seamless Data Integration, Limited Standalone Value
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Zoho Analytics seamlessly brings data from all the other Zoho platforms we use. It's very intuitive and easy to use. We set up Zoho Analytics and the entire Zoho suite by ourselves without much of a challenge. We didn't have to use explicit AI or APIs; we just had to switch on the toggle, which automatically integrates all the applications with Zoho Analytics. The ease of using the platform is something I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in terms of flexibility and the sheer number of features, Zoho Analytics lags a bit behind. When comparing it to other tools like Tableau, Power BI, and the Google Cloud platform, those platforms seem more advanced. In terms of customization and reporting options, Zoho Analytics falls a bit short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho Analytics simplifies data integration, reducing the need for multiple connectors, allowing seamless dashboard creation for informed decision-making. It minimized our manual effort in data management since it integrates effortlessly with other Zoho apps.
Great for Custom Reports, But Excel Exports Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Since all our CRM data and books of accounts are into Zoho infrastructure, it becomes easier for us to prepare customized reports in Zoho Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, when we prepare reports and extract the same in excel format, the presentation that comes out is not user friendly and it looks really pathetic with subtotals, totals and grand totals. It does not look good for eyes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since all our CRM data and books of accounts are into Zoho infrastructure, it becomes easier for us to prepare customized reports in Zoho Analytics. Thereby, it helps to make strategies.
Comprehensive Metrics, But Premium Cost Is a Drawback

it is really completed and aditionally, it helps me to understand the metrics

the fact that i have to pay the premium suscription

sometimes i do not understand deeply the metrics and it helps me to do it in a easy way

Some complex reports take time to load, and the initial setup can feel a bit technical. While the platform is powerful, certain advanced features require a learning curve.

Zoho Analytics helps us bring data together from multiple sources into one platform, making it easier to track KPIs, create dashboards, and generate meaningful reports. This has improved decision-making, saved time on manual reporting, and given us better visibility into business performance.
Just like Google analytics, but tailored to your business

Being able to drill down into any aspect of my business and chart per-staff member performance is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tricky one this, as i find nothing to disslike. I suppose it could be a lot cheaper?

This helps us to chart sales of products and staff sales over time amongst a LOT of other things.
