Great Analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a digital marketer so I used this tool to measure the campaign performance in my previous organisation for followers and cx behaviour and this tool help a lot to create strategies and know the customer behaviour
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is overall good but sometime I used to face issue when the data is big and customisation is limited on this tool. Sometime the integration also become the challenge

It helps in lot of ways like tracking the campaign , measuring ROI and reach. Helps me to take the right decision at the right time in marketing. Greate tool for measuring cx behaviour and creating strategies

I mostly use Zoho for its marketing reports. I love the amount of details it provides me for myself and my clients. I can also present findings in a professional way.

Understanding how the ad ons for the packages work was a bit confusing at first, but their customer services was very helpful.

Analytics is best because of the customizations we can do! Like the dashboards and reports we can get all the necessary reports the way we want! Integration is always a plus point mostly we did integrate with CRM! Also it can handle large amount of data so overall its great

Nothing much about disliking! But yaa you have to study a lot before you start using analytucs as its not really basic and also needs a good internet connection as its cloud based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So most importantly the data visualization like different charts,graphs and all, customizable reports also you can use those reports to build dashboards for you to check the daily records that are important! Including that the features like forecasting, trend analysis, and outlier detection are really helpful.

very interactive dashboards , I can be view and edit on the go from any device and from anywhere .

Price is a bit higher and there is nothing else apart from price

Zoho analytics saves my time by creating on the go graphs of sales data, charts of monthly and anual sales . Provides me better understanding and planning further in sales and operations.
