Scytale solves your compliance challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I love how they incorporate all audit requirements inside their platform so you never have to leave their platform - your compliance status is up to date and can be easily tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention. We had a very positive experience from start to finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They solved all our compliance pain points with their dedicated compliance team and smart automation platform.

I don’t stress about compliance anymore with Scytale in my corner
What do you like best about the product?
Having access to Scytale's team was a lifesaver. They were always available to answer my questions and provide guidance on topics I had no previous knowledge about. My company’s team is small and so we have no employees who are skilled or knowledgeable enough to carry out our compliance project properly. I don’t think it’s possible to do this process without the right guidance. The team at Scytale’s expertise really helped me avoid mistakes that could have been very costly in the long run.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scytale is only available on desktop. As someone who is always on the go, a mobile app would be great in the future, but other than that I think they’ve got a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was previously managing all our compliance-related activities on Excel which very quickly became unmanageable as we expanded. I didn’t know there were solutions like Scytale’s that take over the whole process for you, so when they reached out to me it felt like a huge relief. I don’t stress about compliance anymore, and only have to check the platform on an adhoc basis when something is flagged.
Getting the in-house experience, without spending the time and resources.
What do you like best about the product?
Their team of experts! As much as we’d like to believe we could’ve gone through our ISO27001 audit by ourselves, we know having Scytale’s team with us along the way made the process easier and faster than we could’ve ever imagined. We love the policy center, and automatic evidence collection, but the team is unbeatable!
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a couple of bugs, but nothing that’s intolerable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Scytale we don’t need an inhouse team to handle our compliance, and having to not worry about that in terms of time and resources is invaluable.

Scytale effectively boosted our compliance management process, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the moment we started using their platform, it was evident that we had made the right choice. Whether it's tracking regulations, managing documentation, or conducting audits, Scytale streamlines every aspect of the compliance process.

Ronan's expertise and proactive approach have been invaluable in ensuring that we make the most out of Scytale's capabilities. He has been instrumental in providing comprehensive training for our team, and offering ongoing support whenever required.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Scytale has undoubtedly improved our compliance management experience, there are a few minor areas for improvement. Occasionally, we encountered some minor glitches within the platform, which, although quickly resolved by the support team, momentarily disrupted our workflow. Additionally, while the platform is highly customizable, some advanced features require additional configuration, which can be slightly time-consuming, and some integrations that we would find useful are still missing.

What do you like best about the product?
The 👏🏼 Scytale 👏🏼 Platform.
Maybe I’m a little old school, but wow! The platform has so many features that streamlined the process beyond belief. From the integrations to Trello, Monday.com, and other cloud platforms we use, to auditor-approved policy templates. It’s easy compliance all in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even more integration options would be amazing. But that’s really the only thing I can think of that can be improved on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, I’m a little old school, so before working with Scytale Excel was the “go-to” software to manage and track our compliance effort. (Not the best option!) Scytale provides a platform that makes evidence collection, policy creation, and many other processes necessary to get compliant, quick, and easy in one centralized place.
Automation meets human touch
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale really hits that sweet spot between automation with their platform, and high-level compliance advice with their awesome team. We’ve done both SOC 2 and HIPAA with Scytale, and the experience was just the best. I take my hat off to the team, they are the BEST!
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve seen so much improvement since we started working with Scytale, so I have nothing bad to say. The team is open to feedback and actively works to make the platform better and better.

Scytale makes getting compliant with multiple frameworks so easy. We needed SOC 2 and HIPAA and Scytale was able to help us, no problem.
Scytale saved my life!
What do you like best about the product?
Not sure where to start, but I will list the top ones. Firstly, the platform, it is such as breath of fresh air to see such a simple platform perform exactly what you need it to do. From policy templates to integration services so evedience is automatically loaded. Platform is awesome.
Secondly, the customer success team. They are there whenever you need them, super friendly and helpful! Cannot recommend enough

The best feature by far is their automated evidence collection as it means we don’t have to physically collect screenshots and spreadsheets for the audit.

Nothing to dislike at this point. It’s been a very positive experience.

ISO 27001 Certified thanks to Scytale’s great support
What do you like best about the product?
Scytale's pre-built workflows for ISO 27001 really stood out to me. They took the guesswork out of the whole journey and ensured that I was following best practices for my company. It definitely gave me peace of mind knowing that I was meeting all the necessary requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time I have encountered a few minor bumps, the support team has always been there to sort it out. They're quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. If it stays that way I’m happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company was able to get ISO 27001 certified really quickly. I would say this was largely due to the automated evidence collection, the workflows as mentioned, and definitely the team that became my extended knowledge base. This of course saved us a lot of time and resources for a project I thought was going to take much longer.
