Their platform allowed us to manage everything in one place—policies, controls, tasks, vendors, and people—so nothing fell through the cracks. This centralization significantly reduced the cognitive overload of juggling multiple tools and documents. They also managed the entire process efficiently, keeping us on track and ensuring we were always moving forward. A few bug on intégration with jira but the team is réactive and fix them in a few weeks.

CJ has been fantastic to work with and the platform on which they use for their SOC 2 monitoring has been a blessing for making sure we tick all the boxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, they have been great. Maybe a suggestion of creating a roadmap and laying out a path to get SCO 2 completed. Example: week 1 should be XYZ task, WEEK 2, etc... to break it into more managable chunks and keep things moving.

We are applying for SOC2 and they are helping organize this for us.

Scytale web app is relatively easy to use and track progress on any compliance process. The number of integrations is decent, and allows you to avoid taking manual screenshots in many cases.
Implementation was pretty easy and mainly required us integrating with our tech stack.

Regarding the app, there are a few missing features which I assume they are going to create in the future:
