Most Comprehensive Least Complex Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Balancing between ease of use of the tool and meeting business requirements. It comes with a standard template but allows the requestor on the other end to map the report to the desired framework (GDPR, ISO27001, CCPA, HIPAA, etc...), unlike many tools you need to design your own assessment template and report format.
The tool comes with an external security rating score (from a third party) and threat intelligence information that provides an external view and breach history of the company assessed. It also benchmarks the security rating score with the respective industry.
ML based predictive capabilities which were created from more than 9,000 self-assessments from companies spanning various industries and geographies, provide predictive risk profiles.
The exchange feature of the tool, where a company that had responded to a questionnaire for one customer can share the report with another customer rather than having to fill in the questionnaire all over again.
Evidence validation, CyberGRX uses BIG4 firms to conduct evidence validation.
CyberGRX provides its customers with managed services. Their team can do the follow-up on your behalf, and their customer success team is amazing and very customer focused that provides world-class support.

I have not found anything I dislike at the moment.

Understanding your supply chain risk profile.
The ease of use, tool features and CyberGRX team's support do not require you to have a large third party risk team. It allows you to focus on managing the risk rather than administering the process.

The CyberGRX process is simple, and their support staff is extremely helpful
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share our security results with potential clients has been a huge time-saver for the team. The staff was very responsive when we needed assistance with our survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation when re-submitting answers for a survey could use some improvement, particularly in cases when answers open up a sub-set of new questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CyberGRX is helping provide a single point of information about our company's security procedures that can be shared with multiple clients. This is a big time saving for our team over filling out each company's specific security forms.

I don't have any downside to share (other than when my customers require us to complete their assessments due to their requirements)

Operational efficiency and the ability to share our assessment easily and quickly with our customers.

For my daily work, the best part of Cyber GRX is the easiness to share the assessment with the customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Once we filled out the questionnaire, we were able to get a lot of valuable insight into how we stacked up against benchmarks but also leverage these to show customers that we're ahead of the curve --- its very easy to share these reports out with customers and it builds credibility with prospects and their infosec teams to streamline security approvals.
The team there is extremely responsive and helpful as well, theyre all very generous with their time.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is definitely a process and required a lot of work to put into answering questions, but thats expected. Besides that, we never had any issues with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybergrx helps us shorten infosec/security timelines for approval, which often are required to start PoC's within our product for enterprise companies. The quicker were able to get through security, the faster we're able to close partnerships
The obvious choice for managing third party risks
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that somebody else is taking care of the nitty-gritty work of TPRM, such as designing and mailing out questionnaires, ensuring follow-up, analysing replies, and detecting gaps
What do you dislike about the product?
The linkeage of their security model to industry standards, such as the NIST cybersecurity framework or ISO 2700x, could be more direct. Comparing different assessments for the same third party throughout time is essentially not supported. The model reflecting "parent child relationships" (e.g. one third party owned by another) is immature. Overall though, these are secondary complaints about an excellent product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the operational and regulatory risks associated with our business relationships with legal entities that we do not control (aka "third parties). Thereby fulfilling various regulatory mandates, such as NY DFS.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very useful as it provides you solutions for your cybersecurity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the decision/security provided by this tool requires a lot of money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It uses our third party data from the system and tells the precautions to take to protect your system. It's very helpful for service based companies.
Hit the Accelerator Pedal with CyberGRX
What do you like best about the product?
CyberGRX acts as a TPRM accelerator for our business. Using their platform allows our team to request assessments quickly and to compare suppliers against each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
CyberGRX continues to grow and mature the platform. While other platforms potentially have more features, CyberGRX is extremely receptive to customer feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CyberGRX allows our team to complete TPRM assessments in a fraction of the time it takes to collect and review responses manually.
Simple platform for viewing vendors/third parties
What do you like best about the product?
Single platform for viewing assessments and you don't have to access different pages, reports, or excel spreadsheets to get the info you need. Easy to compare similar vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some vendors are hesitant to participate due to lack of awareness of CyberGRX name and privacy concerns. Currently the validation process involves using an external tool but I believe they are streamlining that process.
