What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect to other HubSpot products and our master CRM makes it invaluable as a one stop shop for our marketing hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a premium product - so it’s not cheap!

HubSpot marketing helps us automate our lead nurturing content pipeline through easy to plan and execute systems.

What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Marketing Hub is how efficient it helps my small team be! We’re able to collaborate across the different channels and create blogs, marketing emails, and more with the helpful templates and drag and drop features. Truly excited to continue to use the AI features for even more effective marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the read/opened/engagement on our emails isn’t captured correctly based on the type of provider we email. For example, sometimes Google email accounts or Apple accounts won’t show as “read” even though we get confirmation from members they have read. They then become unengaged and can be removed from send lists when then shouldn’t be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us maintain impeccable email health with its tracking metrics enabling us to be the most effective in our campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is intuitive and easy to use compared to other MAPs. You can easily create campaigns, review analytics and create customized reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything, however one product improvement I’d like to see is pipeline reporting in dollar amounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team can easily build campaigns, track pipeline and revenue, and quickly analyze and build reports. It helps us be efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub makes it really easy for me and my team to send out our daily blog emails. We love the templates and how easy the drag and drop features are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people who we know are receiving our emails and reading our emails, don’t show up as an “opened email” in their contact record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email distribution and list management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy, user friendly features. I'm able to build workflows, and segment my audience however I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things change fast and without (obvious) notice. Having to find things that I regularly use in a new spot throws me off sometimes.
