Powerful and yet intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Easy builder, and love the flyout screen where you setup the campaign name, and times. Easy to understand how to include and exclude dynamic lists. Reporting is clean as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
New feature i heard yesterday, solves my dislike, which I didnt know of a way to send my emails out at the time the user most likely opens/engages. Problem solved now from what I heard yesterday. Im excited to test this out next week!

I appreciate how HubSpot Marketing Hub automates manual tasks, allowing me to work faster and with greater accuracy in my marketing role. I find campaign management to be somewhat challenging and could benefit from a more streamlined or simplified process.

It works well - but the best comes from complex setups.

The basics are very easy to do. I also like that with a little work it's possible to dig deeper and create very complex setups that yield the best results.

Only thing I wish was easier was setting up complex workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Hubspot in a few different companies I’ve worked for. As a marketer, Hubspot works best. The tools are easy to use, i like how I can schedule social, the analytics are useful. Overall great tool.

Sometimes the CRM can be a little clunky when it comes to creating a list and figuring out the criteria.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me streamline and centralize my marketing efforts. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can manage email, social, and analytics all in one place. What do you like best about the product?
I left HubSpot marketing Hub because it's always adapting and changing with new features and other ways to do marketing easier and better. Especially love how we are integrating AI into the products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve with HubSpot marketing Hub. Some things aren't as easy as they look and take some time to learn.

It's helping to automate all of our digital marketing efforts including email, social media, and paid ads. It keeps everything in one place and allows us to track all the metrics in a single campaign.
