Helping us with digitalizing PLG
What do you like best about the product?
We appreciate that we can digitalize the customer acquisition journey from lead to customer. Helping with nurturing the leads through the tailored communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. Maybe support - that is something what I am getting used to have more AI than human touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us build the website and manage all data and content and analytics in one place. We appreciate the possibility to craft the journey from lead from AppSource to closing deal and providing customer support in one place.
Changing the way we Market
What do you like best about the product?
This is a very useful tool for email campaigns, drip campaigns, capturing engagement, forms and contact lists for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
With socials, we will run into problems connecting or tagging people/companies, so we sometimes have to go back to edit after posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keepnig everythig consilidated in one space, offering the opportunity to keep everything streamlined and comparable.

HubSpot Marketing Hun is constantly improving to meet marketers where they are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing atm, looking forward to the newly released items.

It makes it easy, everything is one place.

I love being able to see all activity for a company in one place.

I occasionally have issues finding specific emails when filtering.

We are using it to track client engagement with our company and products. We track meeting attendance and level of engagement with our products.
A perfect marketing companion
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and intuitive nature. There is a lot going on that can feel overwhelming at first, but the UI does a good job making it as easy as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am relatively new to the platform, so my biggest struggle is likely a small one, but I struggle with optimizing mobile emails after creating a desktop version. Often times, they look way worse and the formats I use don't translate effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using another CRM that I will leave unnamed, but everything we had to do was either manual or a chore. HubSpot has helped us streamline our marketing data and better consider what options we have to improve. Most notably, the interface shows a lot more data, whereas our previous platform we had to click around to find everything.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, marketing automation through workflows is a game-changer. The ability to build rules-based, consumer lifecycle messaging through workflows, to get the right message in front of a customer at the right moment, has allowed me to offload my email marketing load through automation. Emails convert better because the message is more relevant, and I no longer have to batch and blast my customers with a single generic message. Marketing Hub is must-have.
What do you dislike about the product?
List limitations are the bane of my existence for our franchise companies. While it’s easy to buy more, the nickel and dime-ing can sometimes feel silly given what we ultimately pay for the platform.

Simplification of marketing, from email, to website and everything in between.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create and send emails. It is intuitive and not difficult to understand. If you want to send to just specific people you can no problem, want to send to a full database? They have you covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations with A/B testing where you can only optimize for specific metrics like overall CTR or open rates. Many times we are curious about specific clicks on a specific button and you can’t do that easily

We can very easily send out emails and spin them up.

It is giving me a great opportunity to see how marketing is impacting revenue and overall company growth. It gives me a great look into the impact that marketing has on the company.
