What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy interface to create assets, email tools and contact segmenting. We use zoom integration for webinar signups using forms, LPs, and workflows

What do you like best about the product?
It’s helpful to see all our tools/tech, data, campaigns etc all in one place. The more you use Marketing Hub, the smarter/better it gets. One source of truth across all systems

Sometimes in effort to make things smooth/seamless, HubSpot will create or fill properties even if they’re not accurate.

This is a great tool for building impactful marketing campaigns that target the right customers.

I think there is room to do more with our Google Analytics data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're primarily using it for email and SMS marketing. It's a great tool for that, and we are working on using it for more.

The marketing email feature of Marketing Hub makes email creation simple and user-friendly.

The features you want to use in the Marketing Hub have become paid, and if you want to automate, the costs will increase.

By being able to quickly send marketing emails, we are saving time.
Segmented and custom content journeys are game changing.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is one of the most comprehensive inbound marketing platforms available, designed to help businesses attract, engage, and nurture customers. It brings together a wide range of tools; email marketing, SEO, content management, social media scheduling, lead tracking, automation workflows, and analytics all into a single interface.

Constant improvements and user focus. It’s clear you’re trying to bring the best strategies.

I don’t prefer the layout of contact information. Honestly, I haven’t used it a lot, but it has looked too spread out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM connections and data unification. We use multiple CRMS and are trying to have the “one truth” in Hubspot.
Very thorough and easy to use.

Email creation and content housing. Very easy to disseminate our news to our membership.

Not sure I’ve found anything that I can’t overcome or work to better.
