HubSpot is the Marketing Automation Platform Every Business needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place, I can tie all of my different campaigns together and know exactly how they performs. So many different features within each feature that I found something new and interesting almost every time I’m using the platform. It also evolved over the years and every year it becomes a better version with more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s data structure does not match up with Salesforce Education Cloud, so integrate Salesforce is difficult and have to be customized.

Streamlining our communication and automate the process

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is continuing to innovate, expand and make our marketing lives more interesting. It teaches us how to adapt, what to look for and become better at our roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed it updates. When you get your head around something. It changes.

Content creation, reporting, analyst, data mapping.
A Streamlined Marketing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it incredibly easy to build marketing campaigns from start to finish. Whether it’s a simple campaign utilizing a couple channels or an integrated campaign spanning many months and touch points, HubSpot makes it easy to track critical campaign metrics using their new Marketing Studio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specific industries where people may use the same email address is problematic at times and requires creative workarounds to ensure email marketing is still a viable channel to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our clients to finally build robust automation and systems, replacing tedious manual work that used to take dozens of human hours to do.
HubSpot’s Marketing Hub is an all-in-one marketer’s dream
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub allows me to manage my marketing from one place, rather than several different websites. That means my analytics are in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing can be a little challenging for B2B, especially when the business is service based because it doesn’t seem to link up with the Sales and Service platforms as seamlessly.

Marketing Hub is the friend I want to introduce to everyone I know.
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub makes my life so much easier. The new lead scoring feature is exceptionally great because I can now get very granular with the way we qualify leads and set up workflows that make the most sense for our sales team. It's bridging our internal partnership gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the social media tool was more intuitive when it comes to social listening and identifying trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps bridge the gap between marketing an sales, specifically by identifying our qualified leads.

Love having everything in one place but easy forms and landing pages are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve but that’s more of a reflection of me and Hubspot Academy is amazing.
