What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub makes my life so much easier. The new lead scoring feature is exceptionally great because I can now get very granular with the way we qualify leads and set up workflows that make the most sense for our sales team. It's bridging our internal partnership gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the social media tool was more intuitive when it comes to social listening and identifying trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps bridge the gap between marketing an sales, specifically by identifying our qualified leads.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is one of the most complete and user-friendly marketing automation platforms I’ve worked with. Its strength lies in the seamless combination of tools: from email campaigns and social media scheduling to advanced automation and analytics, everything is built around the same customer database. This makes it easy to track the full customer journey and measure impact.

What I Like
• Ease of use: The interface is intuitive, even for complex automation flows. Drag-and-drop builders save a lot of time.
• Integration: Tight integration with HubSpot CRM ensures marketing and sales work from the same data set.
• Automation power: Workflows are flexible, allowing highly personalized nurture campaigns.
• Reporting: Dashboards are clear and customizable, giving quick insights into campaign performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
What Could Be Better
• Pricing: Costs scale up quickly as contacts and features grow. For small companies this can be a challenge.
• Learning curve: While user-friendly, mastering all features (especially advanced reporting) takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem HubSpot Marketing Hub solves for me is fragmentation. Instead of juggling separate tools for email, landing pages, automation, analytics, and CRM, everything lives in one place. That means no messy integrations, no duplicate data, and no gaps between marketing and sales.

Would love to see Pinterest scheduler for posting pins.
