All in one solution
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place is great, and being able to collaborate with sales easily
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to adjust permissions for new team members especially if they’re cross functional

Keeping sales and marketing aligned
Hubspot Marketing has been a great user friendly tool for all marketing needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the workflows. I find it is very helpful to set up workflows for when leads interact with our contacts and I can have a workflow set up where they automatically receive an email and our sales team is notified of someone filling out a form.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the sudden changes on hubspot. When changes are made it would be nice to receive an email and short tutorial on how to use the new change or where to locate the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub helps us with email outreach as well as ensuring our sales team is aware of where our contacts are in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it so easy to manage campaigns in one place. I love how intuitive the platform is—email, social, and automation all connect seamlessly. The reporting is clear and helps me quickly see what’s working. It’s been a huge time-saver and really elevated how we run our marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just took a while to figure out all of the features.

Efficient lead nurturing, hubspot unifies everything in one place, and helps make our marketing and emails more meaningful and relevant

I wish you could schedule social media videos for TikTok

The landing pages and forms have been so useful. Also the way that Hubspot continues to update their products and offerings is awesome.

I really like it all, there’s not really anything that I can think of

What do you like best about the product?
Whenever any business gets involved with a new system, it has all the bells and whistles but the icing on the cake is outstanding customer support. With all that are tools that grow with your growing market and business.

Nothing so far. We have been very happy

Our business is in the beginning stages however have been very happy with the results and the ongoing projects down the line with the marketing hub to fit our business.

What do you like best about the product?
Using HubSpot Marketing has made it much easier to manage campaigns and track leads. The automation saves me time, and the CRM integration gives me a clear view of my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the numbers of contact added is expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, tracking leads and managing campaigns felt scattered. With HubSpot Marketing, everything is in one place, automated, and much easier to follow up — it solved that chaos for me.
