What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic content increased peraobalozation at scale with easy drag and drop editors for marketers and non-marketers alike.

Still trying to figure out how to best leverage custom objects and properties.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the marketing hub is having the social calendar for posting. Makes everything about posting on social extremely easy and fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to send cold emails because of having to opt-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the marketing hub allows more of our team members to work out of the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to manage campaigns, track performance, and connect marketing activity directly to sales outcomes. I like how intuitive the platform is—whether building email campaigns, creating landing pages, or setting up automated workflows, the tools are straightforward and require little technical knowledge. The reporting dashboards also provide clear visibility into performance, which helps us optimize campaigns in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot offers a lot of functionality, some of the more advanced features require additional subscriptions or higher-tier plans, which can get expensive for growing teams. At times, customizing certain reports or building out highly complex automations requires extra workarounds or third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps centralize all of our marketing activity—emails, landing pages, social, and reporting—into one place, which saves us time and creates alignment across our team. It eliminates the need for multiple point solutions and gives us visibility into how our campaigns actually drive engagement and sales opportunities. The built-in automation has streamlined follow-ups and reporting, reducing manual work and ensuring leads are nurtured consistently. Overall, it’s made our marketing more efficient, measurable, and connected to revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the marketing emails, events, and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more templates available for emails - more design capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps connect the leads that I receive from LinkedIn ads into our CRM seamlessly and be able to track those leads through the marketing funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is. Very little technical knowledge needed to use marketing hub!
What do you dislike about the product?
not a fan of how often things move within the menu so I at times struggle to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to follow up with my customers when they’ve abandoned cart has been a huge time saver and has closed the abandonment rate.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub is a great place to manage all of your marketing operations. I find myself opening hubspot in the morning, and never needing to switch between multiple tools throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s a great tool when you need to do very specific marketing related tasks. Once you need to do something a little off the beaten path, it can get very complicated very fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead sorting, email outreach, slack messaging, ads, and CRM needs. All of those are handled inside of Hubspot and it makes a cohesive experience navigating between each feature.
