I love being able to easily manage campaigns and insights.

Not being able to easily company campaigns

It solves how we track campaigns and every initiative we put in place which makes it easy to communicate to key stakeholders
Great marketing interface, will be trying CRM soon

Marketing campaigns are easily managed and the reporting interface is clean

As a neophyte user, I struggle with the interface at times

I love how easy it is to create authentic marketing automation that can reach customers in real time when they are interacting with our website, email, or sales team. It is an easy to use, full service marketing tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspit is great at innovating, adding features, and making the tool better but those changes can be really hard to keep up with.

Talking to our customers where they are with relevant touches.

Sometimes limited to a certain way or doing things. HubL could use more functionality.

HubSpot makes it easy to create automation workflows for our biggest campaigns and email nurturing. Segmenting, branching and tailored content is all accessible in one spot!

There is so much that I don’t know how to do - could use more training

Used multiple platforms. Clearly the most innovative, intuitive, and modern MAP solution on the market. Form building, workflows, landing pages and email made simpler than anything else out there.

More data formatting options would be nice
