What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, they care about their UX.

It's expensive if you aren't going to use all the features.

Consolidating analytics has been great so we get a complete view of marketing and sales efforts.

Cannot do carousels with LinkedIn social posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of centralized location for marketing assets and performance. It has already provided a clearer view of what we are doing and given us actionable insights.

Being able to have all my publishing tools in one place and easy to embed on website!

Inability to link campaigns with deals unless you are enterprise

Scheduling tools and automation. It puts all my schedules in one place so I can make sure everything is aligned

HubSpot helps with overall marketing automation, especially with email and social.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub offers you a light crm to build you campaigns on top of. The email and landing page builders are easy to use. And the segmentation capabilities are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are trying to do everything, which I see as a loss of focus. They do a bit of everything but some of their offerings are lacking. Overall it has been great but it’s starting to feel a bit overwhelming.

We use it to communicate with our customers. Generate, score, route and nurture leads.

What I love most is how seamless the integration is across tools. Our sales and marketing teams are now fully aligned, thanks to shared dashboards and workflows.
