Marketing Hub is great for beginner level users and more advanced users
What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop email design function makes creating emails fast and easy to replicate. There's also the Design Manager tool for when I need to use advanced programming in emails, like conditional formatting or deep links unique for each contact. The workflow tool is also pretty easy to use and allows for a lot of different functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool is hard to use and not intuitive at all. It's often difficult to find the data points I need and/or compare data fields. I would also like to be able to designate a unique identifier field for contacts in addition to email address. We have many contacts that use more than one email address. It's very time consuming to go through the duplicate records tool to manually merge or disregard thousands of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for email creation, management, automation, and analytics. It's great to be able to do it all in one platform.

AI features built into platform and interface wth LLMs is impressive

Not much. Works really well and easy to use too

Love the Hub's easy to navigate UI and extensive opportunities for creating solutions.

So far nothing, I think the product is sound but requires some knowledge of workflow creation.

Love the new features coming soon to marketing hub! Also love that it's easy to use and give you all the info you need to run a successful campaign
