Work smarter AND faster
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use you find with HubSpot. Marketing doesn’t need to be complicated. It’s spectacular!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the product updates happen a little too fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
List segmentation, email management, automated workflows all solve problems for marketing and sales teams alike.

Very easy to navigate and customize emails in the way I want.

There isn’t a great integration to my current CRM (net suite) , making it harder to send to our targeted audience

Making it easy to send emails to our audience and get insights into how they’re interacting with our messaging

Easy to use and pretty customizable for your marketing needs. Truly an all in one solution if you are not sure where to start

It’s not quite enterprise friendly. Needs custom work done to make it work nice with existing systems

It’s a good product for your start up or small to mid size businesses
Easy and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It’s really easy to create new email templates and reuse old ones. The approval feature makes it easy to get a second set of eyes on these and avoid typos or issues before send. It’s super easy add these to workflows. Set it & forget it so I can easily move on to the next task. The performance summary is super helpful and easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to figure out if an email template was created as a regular or automated email when looking at the details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating nurture campaigns. It saves me time and allows me to focus on other tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot's marketing hub, as a global product brand, is that we can easily scale our efforts across our regions and countries. With clone and Al translations features, serving up content to our customers all over the world is easier than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use some additional organizational features... being multi-regional, it can get hectic with everyone's assets all over.

The Easiest, Most Comprehensive Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a low barrier for entry due to its well designed UI that makes a lot of marketing actions WYSIWYG. Campaign tracking makes understanding performance of each asset easier. Highly integratable. It's my fave.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the data delivered on an overall campaign dashboard can be disparate. Dashboards and reports could have better visualizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is truly a one-stop-shop for go to market of any campaign. The level of segmentation that's achievable helps us deliver high impact content to the right people.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing manager, it makes all of our efforts streamlined. It’s so helpful to see all of our data and insights in one place to be able to make more informative decisions with our content and campaigns in order to evolve in real-time.

Sometimes it cannot be as intuitive as I’d like it to be.
